- In this video DIY tutorial I show you an simple way to sew the purse bag by own hands from scratch. I'm gonna use jeans. This purse has 3 pockets. It is good for caring money inside, phone and notepad. It takes about 20 min to sew this bag.

That was really good until you used the glue gun. No way is that purse gonna last 2 minutes because you used glue.

Buena idea, pero sigue sin convencerme el uso de silicón. Me gustaría una versión del armado únicamente con máquina Gracias.
Tampoco me convence usar el silicon, con el tiempo se despegará. Creo que donde coloco silicon, se puede costurar.

Nice bag. Question...Why didn't you sew the two outer edges and catch the loop doing it? I understand why you glued the pocket inside, but why not sew the outer? Thank you

The inner could have been sewn before the two layers were put together. Sewing the outer layer neatly requires a redesign.

Instead of gluing the pocket, why not sew it to the lining before the lining and outer body are sewn together?! You are surely in the pay of the Hot Glue Industry, because you always find a reason to use the glue gun even when sewing is obviously a better option.
Very cute little practical pouch. But 100% sew, no glue.
akarpowicz I was thinking the same thing. All that beautiful work sewing and measuring and you made the bag temporary by adding glue at the end. Adding too much weigh could break it and even the attachment for the handle was glued which is the most vulnerable part of any purse.
If you didn’t want to sew through the double layers on the sides, you could have hand-sewn the sides and the button attachment.

Although I can see that home sewing machine may not be strong enough to sew layers of jeans fabric, but glue a wallet?? Unless the money and the phone inside are not the points you wanna keep.
My home sewing machine is strong enough to sew through multiple layers of denim and hers appears to be a lot newer than mine. Really no excuse to use hot glue it won't last 5 minutes and just completely ruins a beautiful make.
