I think a lot of people would be interested in learning how this process of becoming worked in Nordic Mythology... Could you consider making a series on this process? I say this because of all your topics, to me, it is the topic of shamanism and that transformative experience which is the most interested. And I think this would be interesting to many others. It is a common new age belief that one can have helpers, helpful spirits who are both the spirits of the dead but also the spirits of living relatives and loved ones that come to you. I once saw an old lady in our kitchen, so I believing in spirits used a Ouija board to get information aboutt his entity and I got a name. My husband asked his father about it and this name fit perfectly with his still living grand aunt he did not have contact with and did not know about. I saw her at times when we was in trouble and the sutation got better so she was there to help us.

I've had many same experiences. I've had 3 physical death experiences. I'm sure this is what I am and it's my path. It's the most brutal and difficult path to walk with the most misunderstanding and ridicule. Have you tried michelle bellinger. She has many amazing books that help with this understanding. And also N.D. Blackwood become a living God. He has a book called Draugadrottin. He has been initiated into many underground secret real vampire societies. Be careful with that book though. It gives you rituals to contact the blood pool of undead vampiric masters. And only should be used for experienced magicians. It's amazing to read but I haven't tried any rituals yet. Hello Arith, I want to ask something, in which circumstance we could be sure that exhaustion we experienced is not simply psychological, but spiritual in nature? In my experience, I call this phenomenon as 'twilight sickness' because I feel unbearable tiredness, and lost interest to do something even if really wanted to, but after the night, about 19:00 to 20:00 PM, I'm feeling restored, I can focus on the task at hand and I can stay the night until early morning.
@@sorayatorchic I aware of that, especially for my age, I also aware that I have low blood pressure which may added as a factor for my tiredness. But this is not physically tired because doing my work, or using too much brain power. It just like I'm being drained, imagine the sensation during bleeding out but without growing hunger, something like that. Its not about tired because I need to rest and retreat from socialization (since I'm an introvert), but because suddenly I'm weaker than before. I need more information and perspective on this matter, and change my lifestyle accordingly.
Try doing a spiritual cleansing of the home. Vampires aren’t the only thing that drains your energy. Also if you sit outside and meditate with a tree, you will get a lot of energy back. You should try to do this every day. A lack of energy can also be due to soul loss as well because your aura is open and other things can get on and drain your energy. Cut of toxic people in your life. That helps too. Less time with technology also helps the energy levels. Cleansing baths also help. A bit of epsom salt or baking soda or both in the bath does wonders. Even a bit of coffee in the bath helps too

He didn't say the norse had anything to do with vampires. He made a comparisson with the Draugr as in the animated dead and animation of the corpse. Perhaps you should learn english first? And in the case of cats you are wrong - cats in old norse religion and culture in general is very well documented actually and found in graves as well and strong ties with the cult of Freyja and Freyja magic as well as with the priesthood linked to Freyja. It is a common new age belief that one can have helpers, helpful spirits who are both the spirits of the dead but also the spirits of living relatives and loved ones that come to you. I once saw an old lady in our kitchen, so I believing in spirits used a Ouija board to get information aboutt his entity and I got a name. There is a clear link between eastern european vampire beliefs, witchcraft and shamanism. A strigoi could be a person either dead or still alive, sending out its spirit to fly and do various things, including shapeshifting. The very word usually means witch, actually.

I've had many same experiences. I've had 3 physical death experiences. I'm sure this is what I am and it's my path. And also N.D. Blackwood become a living God. He has a book called Draugadrottin. He has been initiated into many underground secret real vampire societies. Be careful with that book though. In my experience, I call this phenomenon as 'twilight sickness' because I feel unbearable tiredness, and lost interest to do something even if really wanted to, but after the night, about 19:00 to 20:00 PM, I'm feeling restored, I can focus on the task at hand and I can stay the night until early morning.

@@sorayatorchic I aware of that, especially for my age, I also aware that I have low blood pressure which may added as a factor for my tiredness. But this is not physically tired because doing my work, or using too much brain power. It just like I'm being drained, imagine the sensation during bleeding out but without growing hunger, something like that. Its not about tired because I need to rest and retreat from socialization (since I'm an introvert), but because suddenly I'm weaker than before.
I need more information and perspective on this matter, and change my lifestyle accordingly.
Try doing a spiritual cleansing of the home. Vampires aren’t the only thing that drains your energy. Also if you sit outside and meditate with a tree, you will get a lot of energy back. You should try to do this every day. A lack of energy can also be due to soul loss as well because your aura is open and other things can get on and drain your energy. Cut of toxic people in your life. That helps too. Less time with technology also helps the energy levels. Cleansing baths also help. A bit of epsom salt or baking soda or both in the bath does wonders. Even a bit of coffee in the bath helps too
