I have just tried, they cheated a lot on the actual massage time, it’s barely less than 40 mins for an hour session.
I only spend 50min in the room

Most spa is like that. Not uncommon practices here. They will take their own sweet time to take things from outside. Then waste time ask u shower before and after the massage which takes into account of the timing u bought.

Seems like built in to me. It's a well functional shower room anyway, better than some HDB with low water pressure.
