I love that you are talking about your parents, especially your mom. I lost my mom 7 years ago- she was my best friend- I was only 28, with a 4 month old baby. Grief is a weird thing... but I can relate to how you feel, and I absolutely love that you are talking more about them!
I graduated from Hanover High School in 1976, I believe your Mother would have been in school at the same time I was there. I did not know her, but I'm sure she was a wonderful women. I also believe in the after life and I am looking forward to seeing my Dad again. I am lucky enough to still have my Mother, she is 96 and still lives in her home in Hanover. Your parents would be so proud of the wonderful women you have become. Stay strong. Randi

Great sales love the Cha Ching and haul videos, Shell you are so knowledgeable on toys, I learn something new always, thanks for sharing, oh my mom had the same makeup mirror she also dressed to the tea my mom also made most of her clothing, the mirror brought back so many memories, so sorry for your loss
Thank you for sharing. God is good all the time and our forever home is more than my mind can conceive. September was a good month on eBay. We have a large garden so harvesting, and going out sourcing, and listing (along with a non-related business activities) kept us going! The listings weren't as strong yet sales were up and we were only down 5 sales over the prior month. Pressure canning, water bath canning, dehydrating and freezing our produce is slowing down, so I will be picking up more on the listings. I still managed to get at least 25 new items up a week even through the "struggle" of juggling everything.

Yep I have 2 butterfly specimens hanging in my living room. The moth collection is really cool. I had some green beetles a while back I never should have gotten rid of. Hmm I think I have that pony that was sealed but mine is open. It's crazy what they are selling for. WOW !
Hey there-I was curious as to what each of you do for medical insurance since you both do eBay.I’m a nurse that’s trying to retire in 7 years and I’m learning eBay as a back up income. I am now 50. I work in a nursing home so I know people that own their own home with no insurance or once they’ve used up there standard 100 days for skilled nursing home care-in order to stay they make them sell their home and they take all assets before converting to Medicaid which is like welfare from the state. One hospitalization can take out everything a person has worked and saved for their entire lives. So I’m curious what you guys have by way of health insurance. 😊
working people don't realize that when they get in the senior years, the scammy nursing home will try to squeeze every penny out of them. About 10 years ago, my mom went into a nursing home in the rehab part, she had surgery on her legs and lung issues. This facility had 2 sections, 1 for the medical rehab and the other for perm residents. Their gig was switch as many folks from rehab to perm as soon as insurance would allow. Bottom line was once they found out after a family meeting with their ADM staff that mom had "NO" assets, she was declared "cured" and sent home. Sounds like you should look into a Long Term Care Insurance plan or see if your Union, like 1199, if you have one, offer retiree benefits.
@@thriftingsistersaudrey it’s not the nursing homes-insurance sets the guidelines. When they quit paying for the stay of course the patient needs to go home or find a way to pay out of pocket. It’s a business there not gonna let people stay for free unfortunately

I worked for awhile at a Creation Museum. They ordered quite a bit of taxidermy art for their displays.
You feel like so many of us do. My belief is I will see my passed family someday. They are with me everyday in spirit and guidance.
