That livery is certainly very divisive! I personally think it’s great, fair play to Condor for doing something different, it certainly stands out amongst the rest!
It’s amazing how much I’ve learned about flying an Airbus from a Boeing captain. You’ve taught us all so much about what not to do hahahahaha 😅 Great stream. My PC would have been melting in Munich.
Nice aircraft, but the livery well speaks for its self, you will either love it or hate it. FD2S i think your better in the Boeing aircraft, these modern Airbus. great entertaining stream once again. shame i couldn't tune in the exact radio frequencies to get ATC clearance. look forward to the next one. maybe you will be back in the 727
AFAIK there is no safety issue with going below F at flaps 2…the Bus just knows what your landing flap setting should be and doesn’t reduce to VAPP until it’s time.
I suspect that the flickering you are seeing is caused by the monitor itself, which I find is normally caused by Variable Refresh Rate (either G-sync or Free sync depending on what you have). The flickering normally will subside after a while, so I would just wait it out. VRR is good to have turned on.
I’m curious to hear your thoughts on X-Plane 12 Toliss vs MSFS Felix A321 CEO. I’m at a point where I’m looking to choose one of them as a simulator, and I’m more interested in accurate systems and flight dynamics over pure eye candy.
Morning! Having not flown an Airbus I cannot give you a definitive answer! I personally enjoy flying both aircraft. I for one prefer how aircraft handle in XP12 so possibly the ToLiss A321 is best for you however, I believe Fenix have pretty much modelled everything from circuit breakers to accurate non-normal system modelling and I know V1 Simulations is very happy with how it handles. Tough choice but ultimately it's down to what sim you prefer the most!

Very much so! Not my cup of tea but it stands out and it's a talking point, I eagerly anticipate my next sighting of their stripy fleet!
I have to say I was a bit on the fence when they first released it, but since it has certainly grown on me and have now come to love it
Seeing this Video and the edit just before the 737 Captain is going to experience the FBW A380. Is. Just. Marvelous.

Always great to see you Airbussing Captain. I did love the little cut scene at the beginning of the stream with all the cussing. Nice touch 😂
Love watching you battle an Airbus! Always entertaining 🎉😂
BATTLE!? What battle!? You just witnessed man and machine in perfect harmony!! 😅
@@flightdeck2sim haha brilliant! Perfect harmony? Or harmoniously imperfect? In any case, it was both awesome & comical. Keep it up mate 🎉

Thanks for the heads up on that, it has stopped now without making changes. Love the monitors, I upgraded a few months back!
2:23:10 made me LOL during the stream

@@flightdeck2sim Okay - thank you very much for your response.
@@HMSDaring1 FS Labs in P3D is also one the best Airbus A321 if not the best but the most expensive by far.
