You gain a relationship with the home owner since they are most likely home on weekends. More eyes on your business. Equipment wise - 4gpm pressure washer is a good starter. Gpm is more important than psi. Use bleach while cleaning. Look into soft wash/ down streaming if you don’t know about that.

I haven't watched your other videos but i hope the Audio is better. You have to speak up and clear. But the washer looks real nice. i have the same some unit a few years older with CAT pump. General was probably a better choice as I hear they are easier / cheaper to fix. What model surface cleaner are you using here and how has it held up. I use my machine for personal use but I want a good surface cleaner. This little belt driven machine has allowed me to wash my roofs, siding, boat bottoms walks and drive ways . i use an X-jet modified for the house roof a long with J-rod shooter nozzle. Turbo nozzle for boat bottoms. Perfect for my needs.

With surface cleaners you generally go 4 inches to 1 GPM. This pressure washer is 4 gallons per minute(gpm) . 4 x 4 = 16 inch surface cleaner. That’s what is recommended at least. I could get away with a 20 inch, just would have to move a little slower.
