That two jobs Andy talks about was very like me with the day and photography. It’s great at first but the eating into the family time is where I had to draw the line. Covid shutdown opened my eyes and now getting to spend time with the fam ….. yeah ok I get wrecked most Saturdays on the hop addition now 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Excellent interview. I've followed Andy from the start of his journey into running a pro brewery and his views and advice are put over in an intelligent and articulate way that really engages the viewer. Also, he works his arse off! An inspiration for aspiring amateur and pro brewers alike.
Andy is a absolute legend a great bloke. I was lucky enough to get some Murgy sent from him to myself and loved it. I also brewed it and again love it. Great interview cheers 👍🍻
Great interview. Followed Andy since the start. An inspiration who keeps the dream alive for all us who've thought about going commercial. Obviously an astute businessman and has done his market research and listened to what the customer wants before committing too much to the project. Fantastic the way he's willing to share his experiences, good or bad, with everyone. But I don't think I would get away with going to the pub on a Friday night and returning with a brewery...😆
Great Video Richard. I really don't know how Andy does it. Brewing fantastic beer whilst holding down a full time job as well . He is very modest but has achieved so much in only a year. I've only tried Murgy Straight (bottle & cask) & love it. I actually brew it myself now alternating between Murgy Straight & Vacant Gesture (Harrybrew 69) both great beers in my opinion. Well done to you both for this excellent interesting video.

I get what you mean about it being a rabbit hole. I hadn't even considered homebrewing when I got given a 5 litre beer kit for christmas. Five years later, 9 corny kegs, three fridges, three fermenters and changing my career earlier this year to become a brewery engineer😅
