- After hearing bad reviews about Gloucester Airport, I decided to fly down there myself to see if these rumours were true. The truth been told, it turned out to be one of the best Airports I’ve flown into yet. I made many new friends
as we watched the countless aircraft landing and taking off. It was a beautiful day at a very busy airport. We interview an RAF pilot preparing for the Queens Jubilee celebrations.

Hi Roger, nice video. Ive spent quite a bit of time flying from Gloucester. Busy place. I see you met my friend Ollie Suckling (Strikemaster pilot) he drives my friends Harrier GR3 XV808 as well. He didnt mention that or his next RAF job which is amazing. Its not officially announced yet so i will tell you about it next time i see you at Otherton. Cheers Graham

Might try do a bit of a crossover with Short Field about my rediculous journey to licence.if it comes off will be giving you some props for keeping me going. You were up there with The Micropilot and Ben Atkinson and him In terms of keeping me inspired until passing through times when I wasn't flying!
We have quite similar music heavy styles but you are better at interviewing! (And just talking to anyone) 😂
Ha mine too, but better get saving! Spot on centre with the landing. Nice Strikemaster too. There's one at Duxford with some weird spackle (like rough cement) on the front inner wing. Not sure what it was for - Couldn't see it on these ones.

@@rogerclarke3291 Or form a 20 way share.😂 My instructor has offered to sell me the CT2K for 30k when I pass which I think is a bargain (cruise 112kts -12deg flaps). Have the dough waiting! Though the Blackshape Prime is probably the next logical step!
I can see why that’s your dream aircraft, If Porsche made a plane that would definitely be it 😂 Also the amount of planes that that RAF pilot has flown is mind blowing 🤯
