Best render ever! Pause 2017 Opening Titles! Cinema 4D with Octane Render!

- This year's theme of Pause is "Different Perspective".
The whole idea was inspired by an anime called "Digimon Adventure", whose opening scenes show the different angle of a night city and digital creatures.Therefore, we decide to focus on a different angle or perspective of empty cities, to express a feeling of isolation, despite the fact we live in these spaces. The idea of using a cat for guidance is borrowed from an indie game called "HK", which will enhance the feeling of isolation between human and their environment. Also this is all CGi made in Cinema 4D with Octane Render.

@@VGT1 I have intel hd graphics and an i3 and I can still render 1080p. Make sure your rendering device is set to your gpu and not cpu

Good question, like... what kind of render to this so extremly extremly realistic.. and now come my question, if it is render like they say does it work for sketchup..
This is rendered in Octane (read the discription), Octane is an unbiased GPU renderer so this took probably just about a week, maybe two, to render on a decent GPU (like a nVidia 1080ti). If it was C4D's physical however it would've taken months and months. Things don't take THAT long to render anymore on high-end pc's, just know what to get.
M^3 that one is cpu-based then?
The internal renderer of Cinema 4d is CPU based. However C4D R19 features the new GPU renderer but i think it looks pretty bad. They definitly need some work to get their stuff straight in terms of the new GPU renderer. But it is great for lighting previews and that stuff

wow! i mean... just... WOW!! I don't think that everybody gets the kind of hardwork this implies when doing this insane awesome piece of art... I'm into 3D Animation and design. And this is just too marvelous to watch! Even if i could do something like this my PC would explode 10 years after trying to render this! Incredible job!

Every Frame a Painting...
Most renders lack atmosphere. More of the sense of it. That sort of haze that lets you know the air exists. This render did it amazingly. I cried how beautiful.
This is so awesome because besides the fact that these guys are grade A programmers, they are also very skilled artists...

@@sidd_bal8118 yes, I do remember that, but you don't really find someone else making a scene based off that picture except Guru himself. Maybe someone else did make that exact scene.
