Appreciate this. As a registered murse I always wanted to seek out options in IT. I will have to search for some traineeships with decent pay to sustain my family as well. Most (entry) jobs pay significantly less than my current salary. Great tip on the home projects to kickstart some options.
Job Description + Resume × ChatGPT = very good call back rate
Also, asking ChatGPT for some practice interview questions for x role works pretty darn well.

Question 1. - I have bachelors in counseling, should I put that on my resume even though it isn’t tech related?
Question 2 - I am currently a 2md year student in WGU IT degree. Should I put that on there or just leave off?
Question 3 - should I give people a cover letter even if they have not asked for it?
Need some advice! I’ve been in sales for 5 years and want to switch to the IT field.
I got a job offer with a cable company to do commercial installation with internet, cable and phone and build on it. With more networking basics stuff.
Do you think this would be a good base to start in the IT world?
Right now long term id like to work up to a data analyst/ scientist, software engineer or cyber security.

Zach do you have any advice for me I'm looking for a job in IT i have 6 months of experience as a IT technician,I've had to leave because of low salary.Only I have so far is interviews a lot of them but no job offer .I really don't know what to improve in my skillset
