The EG6's headlights were bugged and I wasn't just going to not use everything I filmed
The 85 does have a turbo it just doesn't make any spooly sounds

With Takumi wrapping things up with Project D and moving on to bigger and better things as a professional driver, nothing but his legacy and course records remained in the day to day lives of the Speed Stars.
Itsuki never forgot the times Takumi drove his 85. It left a brand on his soul that could never be erased. Takumi opened Itsuki's eyes to how skill and dedication can bring out a cars full potential, and thanks to him, he never looked back on his 85.
With Takumi gone and the legend of the 86 of Mt. Akina bringing more and more interested thrill seekers, Itsuki felt the duty of protecting Mt. Akina fell on him.
With every new victim that fell to the 85, so grew the legend of the Lonely Driver.

0:48 the weight at the front of the ae85 looks as heavy as a honda, or the rear antiroll bars of the vehicle are less tight than the front antiroll bars, and the rear rebound values are very high. (im talking about the ae85 that is in the video) No car can lift its rear wheel so easily.. ...i guess Itsuki really doesn't know how to tune a car xD .. also thanks for the ae85 link looks great even now

Yeah you’re spot on. It only happened because the AI was driving the default tune 85 for the first half of the video. By default the ARBs, bump, rebound, basically everything was turned all the way down as low as it goes. As soon as it switches halfway through the video it stops happening because I had a tune on it at that point.
But when it happened, it reminded me of when Takumi passed those guys the first time in Itsuki’s 85 so I went with it.

So on top of SOL weather and custom shaders patch, I also use the SKY pp filter and do some color correction in Davinci Resolve

This Civic mod is so OP in terms of grip, I found that it can easy beat all of tuned civic mods I have on Silverstone. My IRL car is EG coupe (EJ2) and can say it is totally unrealistic for stock tires

That was inspired by Takumi racing those guys down Mt Akina who insulted Itsuki's 85. He says "no way that's an 85" but the way it rolls at the end makes the guy says "look at that body roll...maybe it was an 85 after all"

Yeah this was my first time trying to isolate voice lines some of them sound okay but the first ones from Daiki were pretty hard to work around. Thanks man hopefully it gets better from here!
You need to combine the upper arms of the AXLE rear suspension into one arm (or make one of them a spring, not doable in vanilla AC) or it will bind up and lift the rear like can be seen here.

Please share how you do this, my current method for recording would have me working in this for months with this many angles and edits
I use Drone cam and Davinci Resolve but it is still quite a lot of time to make something like this. I’ll consider making a tutorial style video soon! 💙

How do you get AC replays to play at night? Cause the in-game time doesn't work, shows night as day, and you can't use sol planner in replays.
I haven't used replays to make a cinematic, mostly due to what you said about sol planner.
In this video I switch between driving the Civic and 85 while the AI takes the other one. So I will record a bunch, switch drivers, then record more.
Then once I'm further in editing there are usually more shots I want to get, so I do multiple filming and editing sessions.
As of right now I don't know how to change the time or weather in a replay, or if it's possible at all.
