If you look at the credits in the song they mentioned a choreographer and also a motion capture studio, 3d director etc. So They used the best of both worlds for this. Btw the 3d studio they used is kinda crazy since they worked in a lot of well known anime like Demon Slayer, AoT, Bocchi the Rock, also 3d stuff for other talents like Bae, Zeta, Lui and Fubuki.
Marine always goes all out for her music videos, she pays an insane amount of money for the production quality. On my honest opinion, marine ironically the closest to being the true idol yagoo is looking for, doesn’t hurt that she’s an idol nerd herself
