I Survived On UK's Fast Food for 24 Hours

Fast Food in the UK.
No place produces more joy, unforgettable night outs and most importantly the healthiest food of all time Growing up I spent more time in McDonalds than i did in the gym.
UK is ranked as the 33 most obese country in the world with 28%, which is 1 out of 3 being obese. There are many factors contributing to this problem. But there's definitely one which stand out.
Fast Food
Yeah the stuff is relatively cheap and tastes amazing but it's just pure crap for you. That is just one of many reasons why fast food equals obesity.
