Lessons with the English text while 9. This year we will try to make more. In general we планирум to place them on our site in section training on a distance. At the moment to prepare a film a floor to base preparation of system. We plan it to make at once with the English text.
So in conlusion, if you happen to be faced with a person pointing a gun at you, you stand a better chance at either running away or hiding behind something to become a hard target. If you're lucky and quick, you might even distract them by thowing some object in their face. You may have a slim chance at begging them to spare you, but I doubt they will. And finally to answer you question as to how to move your opponent, quickly poke him in the eye, chop'em in the throat, then kick in the balls.
Systema is not as easy as it looks. When they go into actual battle, there's no real chance to use those systema techniques. They're often being fired at from lethal weapons such as hand guns, machine guns, grenades, etc. I've seen footage of a Russian soldier shot in the arm by a Chechnyan rebel while sitting down and then the rebel beheaded him with some huge survival knife. Also saw a simular incident done on another Russian soldier, it was videoed up close to account all gory details.
Often times in a real fight you don't get to do much unbalancing, grabs and locks. Pretty much, people in an actual fight utilize their whole body accompanied with flailings of fists and maybe even kicks. Your best bet is to learn MMA ("Mixed Martial Arts"). Or you can learn to box and wrestle. This Martial art , Systema, takes years of practice, like all other martial arts, to perfect. Aside from break-neck speed, you need to be exact in coordination to pull those, intricate, tricks.
Systema is a very good martial art to learn, but, as I've said, it takes time to perfect. Originally, it was much more effective way in the past when knives, daggers, and swords were the only things in the battlefield. Realistically, no martial art in the whole-wide-world can stand up to modern weapons like guns and all. Whenever I see these martial gurus refer to gun-disarm techniques, they somehow magically are so close enough to catch them while they're armed. That is all marketing.
