I love the setting of your game, such a unique idea. I think you could improve the model by making the helmet ( I believe thats a helmet) not just a texture on his head. Model a helmet on top of the characters head. Helmets are large and bulky so a flat texture makes it look off. And as others have pointed out, lowering the resolution on his face would look nicer too. But overall this is a really cool game and everything looks great.
