How extraordinary. I'm a 6'1" man and it takes me about an hour to eat a cheese sandwich. As a very slow eater I usually find these sorts of challenges quite gruelling to watch, but the food on that platter all looked beautifully cooked.
Food looked fantastic and you always make it look so easy. It would take me a week to eat all that. That's amazing that he knows Big Bob Gibson or does he mean Chris Lilly? My ancestors came from County Clare, right next door to Limerick. Beautiful scenery and it looked like an excellent place for a stroll. White Sauce is best with smoked or grilled chicken! Theirs looked a little thick. Authentic Alabama white sauce is thinner and more vinegary than Mayonnaise(y?) I grew up eating it! When we moved to Mississippi, no one knew what I was talking about when I asked them. Paul Deen really made it popular OUTSIDE of the Deep South.
