Very coherent and nicely flowing set. You mix those songs (patterns?) very well together. I'm in progress to mix several different sets with my Digitakt. Still figuring out how to do it best. I'm having 8 patterns (songs) per each set. They all have different instruments and sequences per track. I have thought using rest of the patterns 9 - 16 as transitional patterns between actual song patterns in 1 - 8 so that they contain mix of tracks from each actual pattern. e.g. pattern 9 (first bottom row) would be mix of patterns 1 and 2. So playing together 1 and 2 would go through pattern 9 where remains of the pattern 1 are dropped and some of the pattern 2 tracks introduced. This would require keeping track of which tracks from each main pattern sequence are picked to the transitional patterns so that there is no abrubt changes when going from pattern to another. I'm not familiar with MC707 but are you able to switch pattern and instrument indepently for each track? It seems pretty effortless how you go about those transitions.

Yes sir! I change patterns. I use 1 pattern for create a song. 16 patterns 16 song. Is the same project. You can create a song in one pattern with two machines like me. You only need make good variations and create the arrangement in real time. Think about you get 8 elements in the digitakt+ 4 in the digitone are 12 elements, plus the sound lock. Lots things!!

Was the reverb on the dub chords added in Ableton too, or is the reverb of the 707 capable of providing that?
Internal Reverb of MC707. In Ableton is only masterized not fx

With mc707 is difderent from Elektron. There Are clips like Ableton no patterns

Thanks brother and yes I produced all the tracks with MC 707 , I record the set in Ableton, I made little bit of mastering and nothing more.

90% stock sound / 10% custom patch , lead is stock sound but I don’t remember the name 😂

Programmed , I improvised only the arrangement, volume and fx and transitions
