Nice. Sounds just like the way ERIC demo’d the vocal and guitar strum on the CREAM DISRAELI GEARS CLASSIC ALBUMS, DVD. It’s light years from the 1967 Cream electric album version, but Clapton is such an amazing blues purist, this version is first rate. Very helpful tutorial and I recommend the 2006 DVD/Disraeli Gears on Amazon as Eric interprets all of the album songs and you’ve showcased one of my personal favorites. The vocal is particularly interesting as EC did it very similar on the authorized story of the album. Thank you.

@@JoeMurphysGuitarlessons hi Joe, I'm already a patron and am enjoying the benefits. I've started writing a 'table of contents' for each of your lessons (focusing for now on the 'Blues in E' and related spots). This is to help me re- find little elements of learning, at a later time. Am I duplicating something you've already got online somewhere? Also, if there were a way of making a personal list of favourites on the Patreon site, it would save a few steps of scrolling through the entire contents list. Thanks again, you have made me a guitar player (not yet a guitarist!)
Hey Cillian, great to hear from you. Sorry I didn't recognize you being a patron. Sounds like a great idea what you are doing, you are not duplicating something I have already done. Maybe we could incorporate your notes into a new list for patrons ? I am always looking for ways to improve what I do for my patrons, so if you ever think of anything that you feel would help people find things easier, then please let me know. Patreon doesn't give lots of options for laying out content. Please feel free to email me or message me at patreon.
Hey you are very welcome. Thanks for taking the time to comment. If blues is your thing, I have a patreon page where I have lots of exclusive material here www.patreon.com/joesguitarlessons 👍
Hi Joe, thanks to your blues lessons I am now playing in a band, I belong to a gun club the band's called Winchester 73. Wish I had learned to play as a young man still thanks to you it's never to late. Eddie Liverpool.
JoesGuitar lessons Hi Joe I look forward to it thanks to you I took up the guitar, loved the blues from the late 50s saw sonny boy williamson in 1963 in Liverpool. Be lucky Joe.. Eddie.
This is nice and all but it's a pain to keep track with the way that you're explaining it. You're saying 5th string when I think supposed to be 2nd and it get me all.messed up. Then you don't tell what fret at some points.😭😭
The blues is all about woman and the fear shes going to shag your mates...and then you, as a guy can go back dooring all day and night long...what a cluster fuck of a fuckup situation!
Really nice interpetation, Love you vocals tooo.

"I've heard Clapton play this one." Yes, obviously because Cream covered this song on their disareli gears album.
I didn’t mean that version. He has also played acoustic version, you should take a listen
