I think part of the reason Casey comes off as cynical and just not as appealing as Mr Beast in this specific interview is because of their individual views on RUclips. Casey, like many other RUclipsrs, makes content that HE wants to make. He does what he does because he like it. His audience influences his decisions, but he does what he wants. Mr Beast on the other hand, runs a channel purely based on giving people what they want, whether that's the money he gives away in his videos, or if he makes videos that PEOPLE want to see. They both have different strategies to RUclips, neither of which are wrong, and which result in two different types of content.
Mr. Beast also does what he wants to do but they both have different personalities. Casey is more logical and most logical people are cynical. Mr. Beast is an idealist and the kinda guy who preaches "let's make the world a better place". He's the Michael Jackson of RUclips. He'll be remembered for a long time after he's gone.

@dejuren you are not understanding, if he does throw cash only to help people then he wont make much to keep it going. Of course he will throw cash to make fun challenges that's how he became so big and and get 100M views a video. If you look deeply, MrBeast is way better then any other RUclipsrs. Don't diss in his man. Jimmy Donaldson has inspired me to become phelentropic. I wanted to become full time challenge creator, but because of his motivation, I want to be one big doing insane challenges and help people and just other things too. Man's the king of RUclips and thanks to everyone who likes him, we need more people not copy him but be more phelentropic and less materialistic.

"Imagine rolling a dice and you have to get a six" "you can't it's random/unknown/difficult" "but I have to" 🤣 yeah same mentality, I get inspiration from every direction but the core inspiration comes from within the self, and I truly believe I'll succeed, I have to 🤣🤣🤣 lol, just go crazy like MrBeast that's my plan like how old MrBeast did. @dejuren you are funny. I don't know what incel means so I Google it. It's hilarious because I am a super shy guy it's always been impossible to get a GF. Haha, watching him does make no difference. He is not a bad person, but I get what you are saying little bit. But man's speaks facts. I like him. And for me to get in relationship I have to succeed on RUclips or it's impossible. Getting a girlfriend is harder then succeeding on RUclips, I don't talk to people but I can talk so much making videos, makes no sense but it's what it is. And im Nepali, barely people care about who you watch on social media, not a big deal 🤣
@dejuren also I don't know how to make friends. People be having random as sports conversations or anything and everything I'm not interested. I like talking about RUclips and buisness, and almost everybody I know ain't the same. It's a lonely place here 🧒

He was trying to dodge the question because deep down Mr. Beast knows he only makes the videos for views so he can make more money. He might be supporting his family, but still his intent is to make money.
@@evanwilson9906 isnt that everyone intent
"it's never gonna happen, but i'm still gonna try" . That is the mindset. Powerful. Thanks guys
💪💪💪💪💪
This guy is so humble & business savvy! 👏🏾👏🏾
If RUclips fails he could be a ventriloquist. A few times I thought they were just adding his voice and he was just smiling. Haha
Erik C lol
Exactly
He's got big front teeth that's why
😂
That’s actually funny
The dude's only 20, I was sure he's almost 30 by now. He seemed very mature for that age.
I think he’s almost 21 now
Sad thing is we say bit of sanity is said to be mature just because the world is full of insane ppl
How come for guys, saying that they look older than they really are, but for girls it's an insult?
Maybe because of beard that’s the thing make people look old
@@Beast80001 because guys can still be reasonably good looking when they're old and women just become unfuckable.
That was the first video we watch from beginning to end .... Wow! Y’all are impressive ✨⚡️✨
I’ve never seen a Mr Beast interview I didn’t enjoy. This was no exception. Great job!
I really liked his line about positivity being as engaging as negativity on RUclips.
In reality it's not though,1 bad things said about you can undo 10 compliments for a lot of people
777 thumbs up, i was gonna give it a thumbs up myself but didn't wanna break the 777 lol
it would be cool if Mr BEast searched go fund me's and filled the asking amount on the ones he thought most deserving
omg you're so smart thats such a good idea
He should do that but he won't it's sad how every cent he gives he gets compensated for he never and if he didn't he absolutely wouldn't give money
@@tonytippmann511 what are you even talking about dude.. he gets compensated by making money from youtube. if you mean he's faking this then if he was faking all this shit which he would still have to pay for actors then people would have exposed him.. theres way too many "actors" he would have to hire from the amount of videos he's made. plus he's famous and that means he would have to pay everyone even more now just to keep their mouths shut.. either way this is a stupid comment and he's still being compensated and is definitely giving money out
@@tonytippmann511 he would he says so and i believe him, he said he even gave money to people back when he could barely pay his own bills

Where did you hear this quote
Why do people think this quote is so good... this is just stating the obvious?
@@JeffPapenhausen Because there seems to be a pervading attitude of instant gratification and something for nothing culture, people expect to put up 2 videos and get 10,000 subs in a week, to me its a snappier version of the old phrase "it takes 10 years to be an overnight success"

Two of the legends of RUclips in one video, both showing how positive content can and will pay off long term. Much love and respect for both of you .
Getafix Well said
Casey makes great content. Mr Beast...ehhhh less so. I guess not my demographic
Only one legend here and he creates videos that move people. Did you ever see Casey count out loud or say a name for hours?😐
Nope never seen Casey count for hours, never seen him give a homeless man a house either . So each are legends in their own right, but just for different reasons .
You both got a new subscriber from this video, so great job guys 👍👍
Never seen jimmy so calm and comfortable around someone, nice job Casey good vid

Beast: “Okay first of all because of the youtube algorithm...”

This is good
Wow. That did NOT feel like a 24 minute video lol
That's awesome then
It means you have an internet addiction
It felt more like 3 minutes
Whoa, I didn't even realize that until I read your comment
I was present at an early "count", pre-RUclips, and improv'ed from my standpoint, and I ran away. Hehe.
I'm impressed... I really love your personnality, hope everything goes fine with your sickness, people that gratefull and helpfull to the homeless like you did, or even people that dont have any ideas your going to give them money! You have all my respect Mr. BEAST!
Mr beast does so well on RUclips because it gives people faith in humanity again. It's nice seeing someone doing something good in this world.
@dejuren I will succeed bro. Like how Andrew Tate saying in a video. I'm going to film riding a marathon on a flat bicycle today 👽 me need veeeeews in the millions 😭
It's a lonely place here 🧒
Mr. Beast: Let’s spend 100k in this video I’ll make a profit from views

Vlad SlickBartender Casey humble? Not.
Vlad SlickBartender Yeah, they’re very humble-just ask them!
Margaret Mager Very! And videos has a lot of value
Casey livin’ the high life. He is a frustrated filmmaker stuck feeding the RUclips beast. Mr Beast is a genuine RUclipsr
Vlad SlickBartender agreed
Two of the greatest figures on youtube. Thank you for having taught me a lot of things. I was ready to quit, but, yeah maybe Im gonna keep going because I wanna be like you two.
That was awesome, thanks for setting this interview up!
This was a great interview! I knew Mr Beast but never really knew him like this. He seems like a legitimate good dude. Upload more videos Casey!!!
IMO one of a few youtubers who is still just making videos for the fun of it.
Mr. Beast is so...authentic. And genuine. Absolutely no thought or scheming or planning. Just straight up "idk...cuz I wanted to." Such authenticity. Wow.
*Edit: gosh darn thanks for the likes!*
At least that's the narrative. He actually avoided to directly answer a lot of Casey's questions.

Seems like Casey is struggling to grasp the concept of generosity.

Yeah, it makes me think Casey is kind of a jerk if he can't conceptualize wanting to help someone.
He had a lot of money problems in his life! This trauma is very big and hard to understand for regular people ho had a nice life ... I think he is honest and this is the best thing to do!
And it is very very sad to watch.

@@mr.randomizer6874 To people saying Pewdiepie: I like Pewdiepie because he is honest and genuine. Someone I would like to have as a friend but he is nowhere near the generosity of Jimmy. Legends in their own right. One of my favourite lessons from this interview: when there is an unpaved path to success, people will misunderstand because they can't see how the current process will lead to a successful future. If you were on a proven path and they were familiar with where this work leads to, the dialogue would be, "you're on your way to becoming XYZ" rather than, "what are you doing with your life?"
Me.Beast is such a legend. We should all aspire to be more like Jimmy. I’d love to interview his mom and figure out how she raised such a wonderful human being.
