Die Zwiebel wurde von der falschen Seite geschnitten. So ist schön die Wurzel drin. Anfängerfehler
Ist doch egal, wie er die Zwiebel schneidet. Im Essen ist keine „Wurzel“ drin. Musst mal genau hinschauen 😮.
