Andy is a fucking genius. his knowledge of skate history, trick credits, original names for tricks, and just bringing back old school grabs and freestyle. the dude is my inspiration to get better right now and even my toddler son loves to watch his clips. speaking of, the fact that Andy still wears his helmet even as a pro sets a good example for the kiddos imo that its okay to stay safe while skating, and you can still go pro.
i know these tricks are hard as i watch them but when Andy explains them it really shows how tough they are
They're easy
@@81casperflipweird how you don’t have a montage of them on your channel for being so easy 😂
@@JosePineda-jn8jk 😴 💤

This part was nothing short of iconic.
Dang that carousel trick just looks amazing
Literally they kept replaying it and it never got old its just that good
I just watched his whole part. Amazing work.
Still thinking about his part, so wild.
@@Osai1234 I know, who skates a chain and over a barrier? He does.
Freestyle Skateboard is life 🛹🌟🫂
Dudes The Shit 🫡 AA 😁
@@CSDonohue11Without freestyle today you wouldn't have an ollie, a flip, a 360 flip, etc. in other words, without freestyle today there would be no street skate, so be grateful instead of saying words that describe you.
@@terraplanaavista9944he’s saying that he’s the shit like he’s really cool and good at skating
if they ever do a remake of lords of dog town, they need andy to play stacy peralta.
Awesome
Even if your not down with the stylee, you have to respect the ethics of pogo “dont do more than three…” 1:17 - love the passion
ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!
❤️🔥 ace!
It's the fact that he made it look fake when he did it 😂 dude is ridiculous!
Feel like the truck stand step to rail transition went underappreciated
Seriously!! Those primos learning that…..
like, used condoms and needles? or are there bodies in the sand at the venice pit? lmao
03:47 combo*
Its dope how andys' critiques the amount of pogo hops he does lol its kinda the same for tik tacking
Some history about the making of the table top would be cool.
Plenty of documentaries on Venice.
@@ScootsMcPoot Certainly. But where is the documentation on the table top? It's not a simple search.
I like every discipline of skateboarding.
The cross step was insane
It's called what ever he says it is when he calls it. NBD
It's a beautiful ballet
Dudes The Shit
Makes me think of that clip of Mullen in a pogo, 3 hops - hair flip - 3 hop out. 😅
I thought it was a throwback to rodney mullens almost round 3 part, i didn't know these things were just around at venice beach. lol
first time i saw rodney do a carousel i was like yo what in the fuck what even that and how are you still on the board
Carousel is an 'impossible like' spin as said, you started with like a shuvit spin?? Looks way scarier 😅
Was that the actual top of a table? or just called that?
No, there's a table there.
Now I want some jones soda
“Sorry to interrupt you’re, uh… spiritually messed up…” wtf haha, why cut him off from that explanation ?
Is this the same spot where Rodney did his clip?
yeah 411vm part that was in the tony hawks game
It's Venice. Probably the most famous spot there is
Was this the video part Andy had a huge dark slide footy set aside for his part, But Fkn Ricky Glasier posted a video of him doing it ? Ricky had no clue, and was so apologetic bout it.. Andy, was stoked for em though
Does anybody know how andy put thats that small crater/divot for nata spins on his pro board i feel like its at the bottom of the nose hole of the vikin skeleton dude. Ill have to make some measurements
Wait, so there's a whole ass table buried there, like 3 feet worth? How'd so much sand get there?
Yeah the tables whole ass is down there 👇
Wind
if you look at old venice skate footage or played THPS2, that spot "VENICE PAVILION" got buried in sand by the city because apparently there was too much criminal activity, that spot had walls built around it so all the city had to do was knock down the walls and push sand into the area
Best part ever Andy is amazing and has crazy wisdom
These tricks are so deceiving. Go out and try them sometime lol
Why doesn’t Andy ever get any love for Thasher’s Skater of the Year.
he could win it for sure.
okuuy!
There is nothing that has ever been done or even thought of as complex as this and yet skateboarding has no limits nor any restrictions. To be a skateboarder is to free your mind. To not respect skateboarding and its people is to be a fucking psychotic clown.
I get these tricks are hard but they do absolutely nothing for me.
Same, I respect the level of skill required though
😴
"skateboarding doesn't have any rules" - goes on to explain meticulous rules he won't break.
Dug it all up just to hop around on a pogo stick smh
mad cause your bad
MFer you can't even ollie
How you going to hate on something you can’t do yourself
Just say no to kooks
being a little odd and not liking his tricks doesn't mean he's a kook. leave that label to guys that deserve it like steve berra and richie jackson.
But they make skating, and also talking about skating SO MUCH MORE fun. Face it as well. The skater you probably worship is a complete kook. Because. NO ONE will touch the stuff they do. It takes a special kind of parent to raise a kid that gets off on that kind of energy.
Wheres your skate parts Noah?
ok, here goes: noah, no
They call it freestyle because no one is buying it
booooooo
STOP WEARING A HELMET WHEN YOU AREN'T SKATEBOARD VERT!!!
BTW, Thanks for bringing back the old school wheels. I love you and hate you?
You are an obvious genius, but please stop with the unnecessary helmet. I love you, babz. Stop abusing your own footage. LOL, RUclips employees don't understand the art of sk8. Lol.
Yes, because street skating injuries can't cause brain damage. Good point, well thought out.
@@Chillpillspill It's mostly skin damage on your hands and knees. Nothing severe.
There are enough examples of TBI, even while skating street or just cruising. It’s not about the 1,000 slams you take when nothing happens, but the one slam that leads to a TBI and what can come with it (wheelchair, bed, etc.). It can even happen to the best. The same thing happens in snowboarding - watch 'The Crash Reel,' a documentary about Kevin Pearce. Why is it so hard to choose between making your skating safer and being able to enjoy it (way longer) and risking a severe injury? But that’s just my two cents on that - in the end, it’s everybody’s decision. Love your brain.
Dude is so wack
