Oh how fun!! There's a lot of kids stuff around the ship for sure. We didn't cover too much of it. And we probably should keep that in mind for future cruises. I think you'll be ok, but it does have a party environment much more than the other ships I've done. Hope you have so much fun!
WOW! I remember that strip had all trees and houses. Someone below said its becoming RC's private area - and I can confirm. I do not care for this port at all - unless you are heading directly to Atlantis. Even the ride there is somewhat unsettling, but Atlantis is beautiful. We walked to the shopping district - big mistake. We immediately turned around and went back to the ship. Once that private area opens, there will definitely be less people staying on board. I'm pretty sure RC realized any were staying on board and decided to do something to encourage people to get off. Have you visited Atlantis? It is FANTASTIC and worth the visit for the shopping, the pool, and the underground "Atlantis" area. Very cool show previews. Yeah - I've been on those cruises where there were quite a few obnoxious people. I do my best to get away from them, unfortunately not always successful. Great video - thanks for sharing. Be well.
Crazy right?! I'm going to have to do some research and see what all they're doing with it. But it's kind of sad to see it all gone, too. Ya... we did the shopping last time, and we were like "ya... this is kind of a one and done" I still want to take Nicole to Atlantis, as I've visited once in the past. It's a cool place to check out, but again, felt very "one and done" for me there as well. But I still want her to see it. I just think Atlantis isn't what it once was. Hopefully that strip helps people get off the ship, as it really feels like maybe 30-40% actually leave. Which is pretty low for a Caribbean island, all things considered lol. Being the "party" style ship that it is, I kind of expected a bit more rowdy. And it was. But not to the point we couldn't enjoy ourselves, thankfully. But honestly, these shows were all so stinkin good. We really loved all of the shows we saw. To the point I would watch them all again in a heartbeat. Sometimes the shows are fun, but I'm like ya... I COULD watch it again, but do I really WANT to? THOUGH... the comedians were not nearly as good as Allure. So you win some, you lose some lol.

all RC ships have the same menus. They do that because of buying in bulk for the fleet and the ability to move chefs from one ship to another. I have heard that before a new menu item is added to a menu, it is taste tested in Miami and has to be approved by upper management.
@nellietuiasosopo5694 we are actually very conscious about food wasting, but if we absolutely do not like the food we won't eat it. I wouldn't call it whining, either, but we are here to be honest about the options. We don't want to give fake information, sorry you felt differently.
