He's the chap 1:13 in on the phone and again speaking 2:30 or so in, the mines rescue was a huge part of his life :)

my grandad was mines resvue man at canmock colliery also miner at jubilee pit great barr travvelled to aberfan fifty years ago to help the kids lost rip grandad and other men fro all coal mines in the uk NUM NCB NEVER FORGOTTEN,
