It’s our Final for our Mini Nubian goat birth for the year. And I almost missed it.
Hello! We are the DeShanos. We have a 40 acre homestead in northern Michigan called the Double D ranch. With our four children and grandpa Steve follow along as we establish our homestead, from goats, pigs and chickens to growing food in our garden. We learn to be a little bit more self sustaining everyday.

I had my second birth. We have Nigerians, the first was a single and the second gave us two silver doelings and a tri colored handsome buck

We put 8 in, 7 took, one was born prematurely. 6 had healthy babies…12 total babies….goat math lol most we have ever had. And all had multiples except for one.
