speaking on non ky bourbons, Meinelschmidt Distillery in Hagerstown, MD is pretty good. Caramel forward flavor. a smoked nuttiness on thr finish. It's replaced alot of the big name bottles on my shelf.
@BarrelHuntersATX Not a problem, and while big on the trend of local and sustainable sources, they get all their grain locally in their county. Here's a twist, the grain they are supplied with comes from a farm who supplies almost all of MD distillers with grain.
