Hi Elle! Would you consider making a video showing all the things you freeze for later use? I am new to meal prep and am not always sure what to freeze or make alot of and freeze. You seem to have a pretty good set up for that and would love to see it all outlined maybe. Take care!
I take off my pearls before I cook Bc of the steam. But I typically only remove my rings when I’m doing something where my hands will get dirty (mixing meats or doughs with my fingers).
I absolutely love your what I eat videos! From the cooking sounds, each delicious ingredient that you highlight, and then you enjoying it at the end is such such a calming experience while also motivating! I can't wait to get in the kitchen and experience this same magic! These are by far the best cooking videos on You Tube.... Thank you! :)
I prefer the old style.. I like hearing you talk about the process while cooking.. As a cooking newbe I found it difficult to follow in some parts 🙈.. Please please consider bringing that back.. Great video nonetheless ❤️❤️❤️
I love your healthy relationship with food! One tip: I found if I add my pepper to my eggs earlier while they’re cooking the heat releases more of the rich pepper flavor.
I'm definitely going to have to check out your longer gnocchi video because it looks INSANE!! Loved this video! I find your cooking videos fun and inspiring :)
What a great way to start the weekend with meal inspiration! Everything looks so good. Eating leftovers while watching. My dream weekend would be breakfast items: steak and eggs, lemon ricotta pancakes, quiche, fresh muffins and butter.
On a cold weekend if I am after comfort food it has to be chicken vol au vent. I grill a chicken breast and chop it into small cubes, make a white sauce and add the chicken and some powdered chicken stock. Then put it into a large vol au vent case, which I buy, sprinkle the top liberally with Hungarian sweet paprika and bake in the oven for 15 minutes. It’s heavenly, like a home made chicken pie without the drama of making pastry.
Elle I love your what I eat in a day videos. I struggle with coming up with new dinner ideas & you never disappoint with your food videos. Mahalo from Hawaii!
I liked the style of filming yourself quietly cooking. That is one of my favorite ways to relax. =) I would imagine that my perfect weekend of food would involve a summer night with lots of seasonal vegetables and maybe some grilled steak or salmon. I love eating good food and spending time with loved ones outside on nice nights!
Love the food recipes. Can you tag the videos if they’re ASMR in the future? I’m not a fan of AMSR at all, especially the sounds of chewing. I watched because I love your food videos but had to mute it because of the sounds when you weren’t talking.
Elle, I love this idea of what I eat in a weekend. I tend to get stuck in eating ruts. Tfs. Hands down my favorite vlogger. I appreciate the work you put into this.
I’m Sicilian so was extra interested in your “pasta” weekend... Gnocchi is my absolute fav😍 well done!! I will say I can never click fast enough on your “what I eat” videos but I sooooooo miss your old style of voice over when your cooking.
Yes it would be pasta! Really love the theme of this vid.. indulging in simple pleasures one loves in the weekend and making it at home! I am so going to make the pillowey pesto gnocchi ! Beautiful vid, loved the pearls🌷👍🏻
I adore watching you use Le Creuset in your kitchen because I have so much as well (mine is in the lime green color that was discontinued and white). I have a white ceramic heart for my pepper container.
Oh, fabulous. I cannot think of a more delicious satisfying weekend. My grandma’s gnocchi were my most favorite. I make them about once a year and fall in love all over again with everything, and in honor of my sweet grandma it’s such a sweet way to feel her presence. I understand the recipe thing because I learned hers by watching. The one secret she told me was to make sure I used Russet potatoes and to bake them, and make sure they were peeled and very dry before mixing the flour and eggs. It’s my most favorite recipe. My family and friends would lovingly refer to them as bullets (guess because of their shape) and eat them with pasta red sauce. Bolognese sounds great. Thanks for the great memories and delicious food. Loved.
Your food is so fresh and delicious looking! I'm going to try the sausage and broccoli rab pasta. Watching this I am also intensely reminiscing about what my weekends used to be like before having kids.
Love this series! If i had an indulgent weekend it would also be filled with noodles- pasta and ramen- but also other carboliciousness like breads and pastries 💕
I'm watching this while eating the pork chop you made last time :) It was my first time having pork chops and it's so good! I paired it with some ratatouille I had left from this summer and also with a "Fondue de poireaux" I made with the second one :) it's a really nice protein item :) Thank you
You have made me try so many new recipes and I love all of them! They are unique and you make me want to cook more meals at home! Such an inspiration! That’s why I love your channel the most!!!!
Hi! what a great cook you are! do you ever feel like after chopping and prepping the garlic, the garlic smell stays on the fingers through the day no matter how many times you've washed the hands with soap? Any tips on how to get rid of garlicky fingers?
Loved this video, Elle! Thank you so much for sharing this with us. Your gnocchi looks delicious! I would love to eat creamy risotto and salmon with key lime pie for dessert.
@@tess2626 As a long time viewer, I am just being honest. In her previous cooking videos she had asked if we had liked this style or not. Clearly I am not the only one who feels this way since others liked my comment too.
@@chelleanne2235 Agreed... I dont love it either. I don't 'get' the entire asmr thing and its boring to watch clanking utensils with no voice. I'm fine with her not drowning out the noises and doinga voiceover but just having the sounds sans voice...not enjoyable.
My weekend favorite would be pasta also, I would start probably with a linguini with shrimp scampi, Saturday Rigotoni with marinara and top off Sunday with a wonderful lasagna with garlic bread! Pasta overload for sure!
mmm that gnocchi looks so good:) just love your videos!:) I love to make a good breakfast on the weekends like waffles or pancakes or oatmeal/multigrain cereal with maple syrup and walnuts!
Great video! Love the sounds of cooking that is different maybe add subtitles? To bring it next level. Your new boyfriend has a nice voice. Hopefully he is the one. I would love to see you married and witness all the prep and event in your channel

Elle, I can watch food vids on repeat! My go to comfort food would be Variations on Risotto - maybe a chestnut one, and , as it is just starting Asparagus season here , that is a definite favourite...I even made a dark chocolate and cherry one once...… hmmmm
Oh they are my favourite ❤❤❤❤ Thank you for this inspiring video ! I also really love the homemade pesto made by my husband 😍 Avocado/ egg bagel :-D too ! Some really good pralines by Lindt or so 😍 I know you train probably a lot but I admire your capacity to stay slim and enjoy food. Further would you please do an updated video on tips and tricks on how to get everything done and have some energy left ? 😊😊
Yay another what I eat but better because it’s a whole weekend! Also I definitely believe you that kale is poor man’s rapini. Preach! Also squeeze the top and bottom of single garlic cloves. They pop out clean!

Am I the only person to take all my jewelry off my hands and my watch off when I cook?
Hi @luxlover - I take off jewelry too! So we both do
Third!! I’m an anti-jewelry at home kind of a girl.
I take off my pearls before I cook Bc of the steam. But I typically only remove my rings when I’m doing something where my hands will get dirty (mixing meats or doughs with my fingers).

I LOVE your cooking videos! But I'm with those who missed the talking while cooking. The video is great anyways!
Your reaction to each bite makes me so jealous! I can almost smell the steam..lol Visually beautiful video. Miss your Mom too.
I love watching this series. 😄
YES I loved this (even though it made me so hungry)! Love the new style of video and cannot wait to try the gnocchi recipe! xo
Love love this video! The way you filmed it with minimal talking was so relaxing!! MORE please!

Wonderful video. Thank you!

Do you go back and remove all the unpeeled onions and chop the veg? Or did you add those separately after?? Would love to make this xx
At the first end I filter the soup - I only eat the carrot, leek and chicken so I chop those and add back in to the filtered broth xx
Elle Florence thank you! I absolutely love these cooking with you videos
Do you put any salt and pepper in your soup? It looks so delicious! And I love the bowl you served it in.

My pleasure, so happy you enjoyed it!
The one food I would center around a perfect food eating weekend is.....ice cream.
Pizza and pasta any day of the week❤💞😜
potatoes are my comfort food. I love them all ways, but especially in a nice curry, or spicy potato tacos.
My mouth is watery aftet watch8ng this vlog even after i had lunch....i am a pastaholic..loveed this video definitely will use those recipes
I love the pastas you make! And idk if anyone ever told you but, you remind me of Charlotte from SATC lol I also love pasta not too picky so.
Thank you for the great video 💕
I need to try and make gnocchi...your recipes are great inspo!
Thank you Elle, love how simple, clean and delicious you cook. Totally reminds me of Italy.

I have never had homemade gnocchi, it looks incredible!!!!

Hi! what a great cook you are! do you ever feel like after chopping and prepping the garlic, the garlic smell stays on the fingers through the day no matter how many times you've washed the hands with soap? Any tips on how to get rid of garlicky fingers?
Scented soap helps or apparently holding a metal spoon under the water!
Rub your hands on stainless steel. Idk why it works, but it does. I thinks other types of metals work too.
That food looked delicious Elle, everything looked so nice especially the last dish! Please do more of these videos.x 😄
Asmr cooking, I love it. Great pasta btw
The gnocchi looks delicious.
My fave! You always inspire me to tweak my own cooking, thanks Elle!
