Man that Cummins is sweet. 6 speed and super clean you should hold on to it for a while cause either way it’ll make you money when you flip it. Great pickup. It’s crazy that rear fenders aren’t rotted!
Uhhh... That Cummins truck has a $5,000 engine and $3,000 transmission. Not to mention the whole truck and the low miles. The other truck is also worth what you paid for both. Yeah I'd say you got an insane deal. Wish I had the money to buy that Cummins from you. Or even the hemi, honestly. Great score.
@@dancurrier6421 Well it's the manual transmission, so no worries there like on the auto. Change the fluid and go. Cummins engines can go 500,000+ so not really concerning though it will need some pricey maintenance.
Those Hemi engines are very stout. I had an 06 that i traded with 215k and it was still going very strong. all i did to the engine was valve cover gaskets, throttle body and water pump. Funny enough i didnt even have to do anything to the trans at that mileage.
Well, once again you've hit the mother load!! Neither truck needs a lot of work....truck prices are very high right now mainly because of availability of new units. Great job!!
Even with 223,000 miles $10,000 might be low. Most start at $12,000 bare minimum. Especially with the stick shift. I'm jealous as hell! These may be the nicest trucks you've bought other than your personal rig, hah.
You absolutely killed it at that auction! If you keep the Cummins you should sell one of your other trucks just to keep the money flowing for more flips. Awesome job!
I have an old friend here in Texas who is in the car business. He has a slogan...”make me an offer, cause I ain’t married to none of em”. Great deal on those trucks young man! Although Texas is Ford Country, we have a few Dodges and Chevies around.
Just found your channel and loving all these cars, the big Dodge and Chevrolet trucks, in Scotland UK we don't get anything like these, been binge watching the videos since yesterday, even the battered rusty ones I'd take any day. Watched the Fiat 500 one last night, I worked for Fiat for 3 years ...and I've never owned a Fiat ...says it all. Loving the Dodge trucks definitely
That was a steal of a buy especially the cummins and manual. Tech was common issue on the 2006. In the gauge cluster bad solder joints..probably has 4.10 gears
Used to be Abel to get some fantastic deals on the local towns cars, but everything went online and the deals dried up. You got super lucky for sure, that Diesel was an absolute steal, doubly so with the manual that’s very hard to come by. Well done !!
Good find !! Finally something that's not eat up with rust , good for you man . Sell them all and make enough to buy you a low mileage southern rust free diesel, (Texas or Arizona) then undercoat it , then use it to tow with !! Just my two cents and opinion . Great video
Unless you're towing, start off in 2nd gear. Also, you can buy newish used seats or just recover the seats. The engine alone is worth what you paid for it.
I don’t know how you found a Cummins that cheap, that is pretty much my dream truck and you cant find one for less than 18,000 right now in decent shape
I have an 03 1500 with the 5.7 v8 those motors are very stout, they *are* known for blowing valve springs after lots of miles here and there but they're not too awful to change out and after that the motors keep running very well, I got 232k miles on mine and it's got no issues. But it cannot hold a candle to that cummins
Keep the Cummins! Get rid of the hemi they are great motor but for the hemi you need to stay on top of the maintenance to a T or the hemi will leave you stranded and the Cummins sounds great may need a belt can tell irs making noise other than that its nice!
If you sell those trucks at the prices you said your low balling yourself. It's nice to do a quick flip in all but the availability of decent used vehicles is at an all time low and that drove the prices way up. Good luck on the next flip. I can't wait to see the next one!
Keep it simple when describing how you bought the trucks. Saying at an auction is perfect, type of auction just invites competition. If you’re gonna keep one sell another in the fleet. That gives you more money to invest in your business.
How many cars are you buying and selling per year? Anything over 11 per year in Vermont and you are considered curbsiding, might want your dealers license.
Hey young man I love the Trucks You are doin great I'd keep the cummins Diesel blue truck and sell the fleet that way you can put a plow on the blue truck and plow your drive ways around their and make some extra cash
Man that Cummins is sweet. 6 speed and super clean you should hold on to it for a while cause either way it’ll make you money when you flip it. Great pickup. It’s crazy that rear fenders aren’t rotted!
Cummins and manual is a dream setup. 4WD too what a beast
Uhhh... That Cummins truck has a $5,000 engine and $3,000 transmission. Not to mention the whole truck and the low miles. The other truck is also worth what you paid for both. thanks! this auction was suuper lucky for me hopefully something like that pops up near you
@@ARuralVermonterQqjmcb182 I just don't have the money right now or I'd make an offer on one of these if you still have them, hahaha.
anything over 200,00 miles on a Dodge ram pickup diesel cummings I would start to worry about transmission and motor problems
@@dancurrier6421 Well it's the manual transmission, so no worries there like on the auto. Change the fluid and go. Cummins engines can go 500,000+ so not really concerning though it will need some pricey maintenance.

KEEP the cummins. There are next to none left that are in that good of shape and you wont find another like it.
That thing is like finding a gold mine
Make it the new work truck. Retire the old box truck... Maybe?
Money pits
Around the Oklahoma, Colorado, Kansas and Texas state line. They sell many many Cummins from 92-08 usually on FB. In my town there is plenty of 08’s.
That truck is in good shape??
Well, once again you've hit the mother load!! Neither truck needs a lot of work....truck prices are very high right now mainly because of availability of new units. Great job!!
If I were you I would defiantly keep the Cummins. And if you ever wanted to get rid of it you still wouldn’t be at a loss. Nice rig👍
Keep the Cummins just remember that ten grand in value will stay there if you keep it nice
Keep that Cummins. Don’t ever see a Cummins that clean with a manual!
Where tf are y’all finding this good deals I been looking for 2 years
It's so weird seeing these two trucks with that little rust, especially in vermont
Fleet vehicles are usually kept in great shape
I'd get the interiors professionaly valeted you'd increase end profit.Great purchase!
I hope you did the right thing and left it on for the person who was going to use it after you.
ha im not quite that mean! although maybe the niceness to the person behind me would cancel it out....

haha yep i'll prob end up listin the cummins for around $10k
@@ARuralVermonterQqjmcb182 I'll give you a stimmy for it? 🥺

Still on fire catching those deals! I know the money is tempting on the Cummins, but I would definitely keep it. It was an absolute steal!
i would keep the cummins way better for towing then the chevy 1/2 ton plus it’s manual so no worries of the auto crapping out
Nice score! I'm painted green with envy. Love those Rams
I think if you like her you should keep the cummins. And sell the 5.7 hemi
Great score on the car wash!!!
And on the trucks. ;)
I agree , keep the Cummins ! Great rig ! Even better at the price.
dreams are made of these. I miss my Ram daily
Love the sound of the hemi

Loving the Dodge trucks definitely
Wow, a 6 speed manual? Total work pig, that thing is bulletproof! I would definitely choose that over the 5.7 slushbox
First gear is a 'granny gear' not meant to be used in normal driving but only for starting up heavy loads.
I like how you start the trucks without checking the oil or any of the fluids. 😂
That was a steal of a buy especially the cummins and manual. Tech was common issue on the 2006. In the gauge cluster bad solder joints..probably has 4.10 gears
I love sweet revenge!
Used to be Abel to get some fantastic deals on the local towns cars, but everything went online and the deals dried up. You got super lucky for sure, that Diesel was an absolute steal, doubly so with the manual that’s very hard to come by. Well done !!
Just FYI make sure you replace both batteries in a diesel. Other then that you severly reduce the life span of the new battery.
That’s a 5.9 common rail Cummins man. With a 6 speed manual? Dude that’s a keeper.
Oh man, what a great deal. Here in Texas, it's not possible to get a Cummins at that price. It's a manual transmission and 4wd, what a deal
As a Vermonter, nice to see one of our own on YT. Keep it up bro
6 speed for 4K Jesus. Massive steal
Good find !! Finally something that's not eat up with rust , good for you man . Sell them all and make enough to buy you a low mileage southern rust free diesel, (Texas or Arizona) then undercoat it , then use it to tow with !! Just my two cents and opinion . Great video

Not junk, I'd drive these.
Thanks for the video.

U better keep that Cummins that thing will pay for itself
I found out if dodges sit for a few days the tachs will stick. Thump the gauge cluster with your hand gently and it will work it's way loose
My ‘01 QCLB Dodge 2500 has 240K and pulls like a freight train (4.10 gears with 5spd manual)
The Black one was Andy's, he was the road Supervisor, he baby it! he retired a year or two
Cool thanks!
I'd say keep the cummins. Those things are like unicorns!
Definitely keep the Cummins. ! Great Finds. 👍 🇺🇸
Sweet finds! Lucky I’d say!
Either of these trucks for what you paid, makes that $3750 rust bucket Chevy look sickly.
If sell the diesel mark it 17000$ , leaving playground room for negotiation ,do the same with the 5.7l.
Nothing like a free car wash ☺️ hopefully you can get a nice price for your investment in both of those trucks
Judging by the miles....the workers deff liked the manual diesel better that the gas automatic lol I don't blame them
I have an 03 1500 with the 5.7 v8 those motors are very stout, they *are* known for blowing valve springs after lots of miles here and there but they're not too awful to change out and after that the motors keep running very well, I got 232k miles on mine and it's got no issues. Wish I could find an auto auction near me. Awesome finds.
Man nice finds. Id keep the cummins if I were you.
Make the Cummins the new tow rig!
Wish I had the money to buy that Cummins dream truck manual
my dad has a 97' 24 valve cummins diesel with 500K on it. What a fuckin beast it is.
I like the Cummins.
Heaps of people hate 'em, but I think that's because they choose not to maintain them.
I’m pretty sure I saw that Cummins in Keene the other day.
Check if the block is 53. If it's 54 or 56 you good but 53's will literally crack on their own under normal use.
8:46 is that a freakin duce and a half at? that Walmart never surprises me anymore.
haha i wish, it was just a custom dump truck
That Cummins is a find my buddy
You got lucky everywhere else people are paying retail or more for vehicles!!
I’d keep the cummins manual they are great trucks if they aren’t rusted u can put a plow on it make some money
I would love to have either of those trucks especially the cummins but that single cab is sexyyyyyy
That Cummins ain't even broke in yet
Keep that g56 cummins, also first gear is only used for towing pretty much😂
I drove a 06 1500 with the hemi in it and bout to get rid of it. Trying to get 2500 for it.
prob your 2 best buys ever.
As much as I like a long bed truck, especially with a Hemi motor, I think I'd want to buy the diesel truck because of the 4 door cab.
I'd sell both for profit the Cummins has lots of miles get what you can get while it's still running and driving great deal definitely a money maker
Now that fiat bought dodge these trucks are gonna skyrocket in value over the next decade I'm telling ya
Those are amazing deals, I feel like you could list them a bit higher than what you said you would and still get it
You could get close to 20K for the Cummins
If you sell those trucks at the prices you said your low balling yourself. It's nice to do a quick flip in all but the availability of decent used vehicles is at an all time low and that drove the prices way up.
Good luck on the next flip. I can't wait to see the next one!
Oh my god that price was daylight robbery lol
If you sell that Cummins you have no heart 😂😂😂. Lol I know money talks but dam that is a diamond in the ruff.
Not sure when you recorded the video, but keep the Cummins. I used to know a guy that had the 5.9, manual. It was a fun truck, especially modded.
It's a bad sign when the truck you bought is the only vehicle not plowed out
11:30 so funny!
I’d like to see follow ups on any sales and the breakdowns. I think you did that previously.
Built RAM (fiat) tough!! 🤠
Great buys. You will get a nice price for both of them
Keep it simple when describing how you bought the trucks. Saying at an auction is perfect, type of auction just invites competition. If you’re gonna keep one sell another in the fleet. That gives you more money to invest in your business.
Didn’t even bother checking the oil first lol
Hell I’d buy the Cummins truck. The 5.7 is a paper weight.
You should keep the Cummings for the tow rig
love ur vids dude keep it up
How many cars are you buying and selling per year? Anything over 11 per year in Vermont and you are considered curbsiding, might want your dealers license.
I literally need that transmission for my cummins ugh
Does Vermont ever get a full spring or a summer or is it like winter for eleven months a year there?
Keep the Cummins, gonna be hard to get another one for that price
Hey young man I love the Trucks You are doin great I'd keep the cummins Diesel blue truck and sell the fleet that way you can put a plow on the blue truck and plow your drive ways around their and make some extra cash
Keep the Cummins! That thing will last you years and provide stable transportation.
I'd assume the cummins is still good. The transmission, plastic and chinese steel are probably no bueno.
These trusks must have been washed every day to be that rust free
jesus taht cummins was a good deal. i sold my non running 03 6 speed with 300,000 miles for $11,000
Yup i hate auto car washes i just do self serve car wash. Atleast got free car wash out of longer wait nice
Get rid of the gasser as fast as you can before it Chryslers on you.... but keep the Cummins. They last forever.
