its mostly just a sharpening filter with some depth offsets, and some low contrast tone mapping, slight chromatic aberration, little bit of film grain too, and also something else you can do is some lensedirt and bloom with a limited threshold to give your glowy bits some more realism to that camera filter

instead of fullscreen make a it a 4:3 or 1:1 box with black borders so it is not as straining on the eyes. this goes well with the theme
