Hi, can you help me with an issue in Google Merchant Center? I sell surgical items used by doctors, and while 90% of my products are approved for Shopping Ads and Free Listings, they are not approved for Dynamic Remarketing due to "Personal hardships in personalized advertising." How can I resolve this? I have checked the same products advertised by my competitors and I have seen they have also done similar what I have done but then also there products are approved for dynamic remarketing but not mine.
Hello there, Thats a challenging one. The strange thing (as you say) is that the other placements are green. It could be in the wording (going from 'personal hardship...') To give you specific feedback id have to see the website. Did they turn green first with everything together or red from the start? You could reupload/reconnect the feed (depening on how you have connected it). This does have the risk of reviewing all products and shutting some down. The upside could be all products green. Check which products have the error. Go to their page and reread everything. Try to write it in a more general way. To not speak to a specific person/avatar directly. (mainly on guarantees and personal issues)

Depending on what page it is. - Can you redirect the link thats going there? - Can you delete/archive the page? - Dive deeper into the link (typo?) or into the page, might be something malfunctioning And use the dead link cheker to find if there are more!
