FINALLY got accepted into the RUclips partner program a couple weeks back, so I started spinning up a Shopify store so I could integrate, and was not sure what was going on, as I kept getting rejected. Their directions are clear as mud. This video cleared it all up for me, and my store is now linked to my channel, as I've been approved! 💯
You forgot to talk about billing or payment admin and setup issues. If you business payer details do not match the business name that can also be an issue and they need to be verified with DNB as well.
Should I buy an instagram account with followers and just change the details to my business information ? I will then post my instagram account on my website.

It helps me to decide me against it because I don’t think that my social media account is helpful for this with less than 220 followers. As a small business owner, a designer, I think I’m not competing with big brands.
Glad it helped. Even 200 followers is enough for Google to tell that your brand is legitimate. However, as a small business it can be hard to compete on Google as there’s brands with much higher budgets. If you want some guidance you can book a free call and I’ll tell you what strategies to use.

To use the google merchant center, do you have to have a following first. Honestly, I don't understand any of what you are saying about footer and phone number address and that is just listening to number 1. As you stated, google reading is like greek to me. I might as well delete my page and figure it out later down the road, when I am more comfortable with what I am trying to do.

hello, in my GMC all my products had been accepted and now they went from accepted status to refused status, and when I click on the red button refused it says requirements of the Regulation not respected, do you know what it means ?

I don't think you need many followers, just make sure your Instagram has your business details.
