Stop Inbreeding! There’s nothing cute about all these difficulties with these tiny babies.. Deformaties and stunted growth, it’s not healthy! And these people just do it to make more money and more money when the dogs are the ones that suffer! Shame on you..💔🫣

People should only buy from professional breeders who do genetic testing on the sire and dam BEFORE breeding. If either one has recessive genes for this particular breed's anomalies, they will not be used for breeding. Barney's untested risk was congenital heart problems, eye problems, hip and spine problems, rear leg problems... however Nimh Kennels test their dogs. His sire and dam were cleared genetically. We potential owners were vetted and we signed a contract that we would have our puppies spayed/neutered before 1 year old to prevent us buyers from trying a little back yard breeding with untested dogs. Breeders like Nimh are trying to improve the breed. Backyard breeders perpetuate these problems which causes suffering for the dogs, and is *very* expensive for owners in vet bills because of the genetic problems.
(Barney is the grandson of "Grand Slam I Am" who won every title in AKC and UKC over his lifetime, including National Best of Breed in 2011! /brag)

That little rascal made this old man cry like a baby. Such a wonderful thing that you do for these precious creatures. We have rescue dog as well that, as a puppy, was shot with buckshot and beaten with wooden rods and thrown out in a lady's yard, left for dead. She happened to be the owner and operator of our local adoption center for abandoned and abused animals. She took him and helped him heal. We adopted him soon after he was considered well enough for adoption. Buddy has been with us now for 3 years and is loved, protected, and spoiled rotten. Keep on doing your good work!

This is why we have to adopt and always tell people not to shop. Puppy mills cause animals to be born this way and then evil people who only want the perfect dog dump them. Unlike us we love the animals

I lost my baby to cancer this year and no matter where I go if I see a sweet baby I cannot help myself I have to stop and give affection bcuz dogs love us with all our flaws and I miss her so much they are selfless. I got sick and was not able to do everything but love was always there. God bless you. This is wonderful
We suddenly lost our baby few months ago. One big dog caught him. We cry every single day. It is a huge huge sorrow for us.
God bless you and all of us who so love and appreciate these spirits who love us and make this world a much better place. It’s always painful when we lose them. It will ease with time and remembering the good times we had with them.

I rescued a chihuahua that had the same problem. They told me it was due to poor Breeding/puppy mill. Avah I was told she wouldn’t live more than 5 years. I was blessed to have her 13 years! She is my profile pic 🌈🐕

She was adorable. So happy that you had her for so long. That's why you can never allow vets or human doctors, for that matter, to set dates in these situations. Nobody knows how long we or our animals have except God.

Stitch is such a sweet little angel! Thank God he's in good hands now, and thank you for all you do! I will never in a million years understand how some excuses for humans can dump helpless animals. They always have some lousy excuse, like they're moving, having a baby, are tired of their older dog and want a puppy, or they can't handle all the work of a puppy. Sometimes they've had a dog for years, and they'll meet someone new who insists they get rid of them. Instead of standing their ground and being loyal to their dog (who would definitely be loyal to their owner), they just callously dump them on the street or at the nearest kill shelter. Dogs deeply feel the pain of abandonment, and sadly, many never make it out of the shelter alive. It's heartbreaking and sickening, and serious consequences are needed. Dogs are not disposable! They are a lifetime commitment - the life of the dog!

Stitch's bark is bigger than him. He's as cute as a bug's ear, and I'm praying for his continued improvement. I have sent up a prayer for Stitch's welfare and in appreciation of the caregiver's kindness and love for him. 🙏💋♥️ I'm so glad he is finally eating and playing. It proves that people's prayers help.

I choose to see the beauty in this world that saved him as opposed to reaffirming the sickness in this world that sent him there.
That is a great start. Most of us here are actually balancing both the goodness and spreading the hard, painful truth that bad humans can only be stopped by good humans. Those of us that are dedicated to hands on or serving to raise annual funding for large rescue organizations understand that we real sickness if others that neglect and abuse these most innocent beings can’t be ignored. The cruelty will always continue if “good people look away and stay silent” hence the universal rescue slogan “Be a voice for the voiceless”.
The more I was taught by rescue angels out in the field that “it’s not about our discomforts, irs about how many lives we can save and many more tragedies we will prevent by facing the harsh realities. It’s no different from society speaking out and standing against human child abuse. The more we demand protections to protect such innocence the better a society we will be and the kinder we are to each other. Hope you pass on awareness and feel inspired to offer some of your discomforts for their comforts. No rights nor protections put into law came without those willing to face the injustices. Remember: doG= God

He is so precious! My mom breeds french bulldogs. She has 7 loving frenchies of her own and we love every single one of them. I am so glad that Stitch was able to find a loving home. My little yorkie, the love of my life, suffered from hydro. Didn’t have symptoms til she was 5 and didn’t have a clue before that. Was the hardest most traumatic year of my life. Forever heartbroken over her, she was my best friend. I hope this sweet little boy lives a long happy life and bless the lady taking care of him. The 24/7 taking care and vets and tending to them isn’t what’s hard it’s the worry and the heartbreak that’s so hard.

Yep the side-eye @ 15:50! I've watched that bit over and over and over. His little head is so big, making his eyeziez too far apart, so he has to give side-eye/side-eye/side-eye to get the full picture 😂 I can't with this little guy ❤

The puppy's is so cute. Seems like his little eyeballs is enlarged. Hope he recovers from his ailments. People should take animals to the SPCA if they can no longer care for them. Espcially if the animals have developed an illness. Thanks to the caregivers that donate their time and resources to care for these animals until they are adopted. These caregiver of these animals will be blessed. ❤
