I remember how much I was disappointed that in Tim Burton's *Alice In Wonderland* that Dinah was omitted from the film.
Son of Hecate well a cat has a shorter lifespan than a human so Dinah probably passed away before the events of the movie

Anyone else think that Alice's sister looks old enough to be her mother? Unless they had a big age difference, she looks more like her mother than her sister.
I'd hazard a guess that the older sister's mother died when she was in her teens, her father remarried soon after (as was expected of Victorian widowers), and Alice was the result of this second union. Them being half-sisters explains the difference in age, hair color, and facial structure.

A character with a lot of positive personality traits should definitely not be boring at all. Most of Alice’s personality traits are positive, which means that she is actually a very likable character and protagonist. She’s not boring. She’s not frustrating. She’s not confusing. Everything she says makes sense. She is extremely 100% underrated and deserves more love. She is the best character in her own movie, not the Wonderland characters. She is normal and the Wonderland characters are mad. Her name means “noble and kind” for goodness sake, and Walt Disney was wrong when he said she does not have a heart. She does have a heart because she’s a very nice and lovely little girl. She’s actually mature too. Very, very mature.

I don't think a movie like this could get made nowadays. I could be wrong. But that's just how I see it. I'm a big fan of both this Alice in Wonderland movie and Beavis and Butt-Head Do America. I don't know why, but the stern way she speaks and her upright manner kinda reminds me of Cinderella's stepmother. Not at all in a bad way, but in a way that tells me that this is how Lady Tremaine COULD be if she were kinder.
Because Alice has the maturity of a young woman, she acts like a mother to Dinah, who is only a small kitten. When Alice falls asleep under a tree and dreams about Wonderland, she lets Dinah sleep on her lap. That is adorable and reminiscent of a mother sleeping with her baby on her lap. Wendy acts like a mother to her brothers and the Lost Boys, and Alice acts like a mother to Dinah.

I adore Disney. Hence my Profile Name! But you can't beat the old Disney movies like Cinderella, Snow White, Alice in Wonderland, exc! Don't get me wrong, the new ones are amazing, but the old ones are classics. This gives me imagination, I can never hate a Disney.

I always wish this song is longer.
If I had a world of my own, life would be less complicated. My world would be made of the few countries I enjoy the most and ones I wish I had more blood and DNA of, or ones I wish I had. It would also have most of the fantasy and mythical creatures from the countries. The people would be free of all physical and mental disabilities, and there would be no HIV, or Aids, or cancer of any kind, nor allergies of any kind. And of course, no Zika or Corona viruses.
Alice really has a wonderful destiny to go to wonderland! It's like she's the chosen princess of wonderland in her own unique way!❤

Dinah was why I loved kittens, and Balto was why I loved dogs. Anyway, I want to say the clear articulation of Alice’s singing is so appreciated. These days I have trouble understanding the words in songs, it was just beautiful.
I think this author had a rough life. I don’t think it was primarily due to the drugs he took. I think it was just a really corrupt time period. It’s human nature to turn to things that are imaginative so that people can create good things.

That's true. When I read the book version of Alice in Wonderland, I felt the sadness of the author, Lewis Carroll. It's like he is tired of reality as well, and that really speaks to me, because I am the same way. I feel so restricted by the rules and people telling me, what to do and how to do them. Sometimes reality is just such a boring and unimaginative place and it would be so much more thrilling, if things could be different. I'm glad people can still dream. When I see this scene I relate to it so much, because that is what I do. I want to escape how things really are.
