thank you Jayda! what I like most about your videos is that you show us the measurements of each piece before they're put together, and, your cheerful upbeat voice filled with encouragement goes a long way. This is so important and very few tutorials have that. By knowing the number in inches (width and length of each piece) we can also use other stitches to make this sweater bc we can stop at the desired measurement and for me, it makes me more confident. I just made this little sweater in baby green to match a blanket I made and then will do the trim in a few weeks when I know if it's a boy or a girl :) I'm going to be a great grandmother!

Jayda I am a beginner...loved doing the green baby wrap around slippers..it was a hit and easy to follow...you don't have many baby jackets and sweaters. Just this blue one?..need more baby stuff..hahha your work is so easy to follow unlike the rest of other sites...I even had to comment on theirs saying that it was hard to follow patterns.they whip through it so fast, you are the best coach and take the time and patience to show us step by step. Your should get a medal for it. lol Thank you!

Hi Jayda and Mr. InStitches *waving madly* I just finished making this. Oh Jayda it is so stinking cute!! I can't believe I actually made something this beautiful, I'm in total astonishment!! I am "so" over baby blankets, I just couldn't do one more! So for my last mom to be I made this. Gender unknown, so I made it in yellow with the white trim and I added a teddy button on the front instead of the tie ends. I made the easy crochet baby beanie to go with it! Thank you so very, very, very much! This is beyond presh!!!

I just made one of these. It's not bad considering I've never crocheted clothing before. But I used a smaller hook and I crochet on the tight side so it's not even big enough to fit the stuffed animal I made it for...lol! But it's SO adorable!

Hi Lynne, that sounds adorable! If it's super tiny, you might consider just using it as an ornament :) I went through a phase where I hung tiny little knit mittens everywhere in the winter LOL :) Thank you for watching!

That's a good idea. I could probably get it onto "Raphy" (the stuffed animal, lol) with a little fight. Maybe I'll just get another stuffed animal to put it on...haha.

:) If you still have any of that gigantic ball of yarn left, you could likely get 4 of them out of that!
