I just got into this video, this is PURE GOLD my guy, it was very hard for me to realize the exercise you played on 08:18 without watching the video, but I tried it again following you AND MAN, have you ever had that moment that you realize that you were able to achieve something and the only thing you can do is laugh of it, I just had that moment JAJAJA. You must’ve never heard of Yamaha.... DW drums are average at best they just look pretty they sound boxyThere’s not a DW drum set existing that can match the tone quality and sound in studio or live of a Yamaha recording custom
For some reason I can’t figure out getting the swing of the kkRKL… there’s more to it than what’s being shown. Playing it slow doesn’t have the swing or triplet feel when sped up

How do I build muscle memory effectively
Keep doing whatever you need to get better at. Look up the term “Myelin Sheath” that’s the correct term for muscle memory. 💡

It is a beech wood snare 6.5x14. Yamaha makes a Beech Custom kit. So maybe search for Yamaha Beech custom samples
