How many treatments are required before noticeable improvement is attained in reducing fine lines?
Dr. Karam - Seeing that the science behind micro needling is to improve collagen. Can micro needling improve collagen for "Penile Dysmorphophobia" or “Micro-Penis” - Thanks and Happy 4th🇺🇸! 🎉
Question: How do I schedule my microneedling if I also get mild or non-ablative laser treatments? Thx!
Good diet, retin A, small amounts of filler and some Botox to lift my eyes. It’s all I need for now. We shall see as time goes on.
What can I use for treating scars after having chicken pox recently except microneedling or laser.. Is Scar Away or Cica Care suitable or not? I mentioned that the scars are not very big but deep into the skin.
Thank you in advance for any advice.
I swear every time I do regular microneedling my smile lines get deeper and look worse. This happened to someone else I know as well. I stopped doing it.
have to watch out where you go, doesn't make any sense to happen if its done properly, especially if were are talking about the old fashioned microneedling....
what depth do you do it at in that area? I think its supposed to be around .25 mm
@@maketheworldabetterplace2292. Agree
@@maketheworldabetterplace2292 I go to one of the best plastic surgeons in town and I had it done by two different people (one of which I know very well). This treatment was awesome in my late 30s, got rid of all my acne scars, my skin looked awsome. My friend tells me it’s just the natural aging process and I’m losing fat around that area, which I don’t disagree but I do feel in my case it accelerated the process. I thought maybe it was me until someone in their early 40s also had it done and said the same thing.
@@justagirl7780 That is a good question, I will have to ask. I think she used a deep setting since I’ve had the treatment before, but I’m not sure. I’ll def ask!
Im wondering best treatment for tiny red blood vessels on my chin and nose.
You have great skin! Which procedures have you done to your face? Which products have you used?:)
I use my KaramMD Trifecta twice daily.
Is 3.5mm via. scarlet rf treatment too deep dr?
im thinking about doing micro needling, laser ablation, redlight therapy, and face lift. what order would you do this in for maximum results?
Can you advise about PRP and microneedling please?
Pretty sure he's got a video/videos on that.
Dr. Karam, what about micro needling with exosomes? Thank you.
Don’t use exosomes they are like growth factors one dermatologist said she has a lot of patients coming with skin tags and growths cause they were using them for few years, check exosomes and tumours studies
Dear Dr Karam, thank you for your honesty and I appreciate your shared knowledge. With regards to microneedling, I have heard that PRF is not as good as PRP which is the older version; is it correct and do you have time to explain why? thank you
Dr Anil Rajani on RUclips says PRF is better than PRP
@@Mary_QQQ Yes, I know and i would like to have more info and see what the difference is - Saying that PRP is better than PRF or vice versa does not explain much, does it?
Dr Karam, I live in England am 72, and would like to have surgery with you, My skin is good ,could you tell me if it would be possible at this age?

Are these still good choices if you have Malasma ?
No one does regular microneedling now. It’s all RD.
Thank you very much for giving is a detailed explanation. ❤
Can u give me a suggestion plz?
I am planning on buying a dermaroller. But i am confused about the size of the needles.
My main issue is basically DEPRESSED ACNE SCARRING AND OPEN PORES on my cheeks and nose area.
Should i start with 1mm cuz i heard that leeser length needles such as . 5 or .75 don't target my specific problem?
Will using 1mm dermaroller be a prb or what exactly should i do?
Hopefully I'll get a reply soon. 😊
What do you think of ellacore…..is one treatment enough
Can you get micro needling more than every six weeks? Thank you
