Bread flour 315g｜2,1/4cup
Sugar 30g｜1/8cup
Salt 2.5g｜1/2tsp
Ripe banana 120g｜1-2pcs
Fresh milk 140ml+-
Instant yeast 3g｜1tsp
Unsalted butter 30g｜1/8cup
Pumpkin seed as needed
Mold 20x7cm
Bake at 180°C｜350°F for 17-20 minutes

My dough is already rising when i realised this was posted only a few hours ago. The end result is very beautiful that I went staraight to the kitchen as soon as I saw the video. Hope I get the same results 😍😍😍😍
Edit: It came out great! My end result was not as perfect as his/hers as i messed up with the shape but it was still great.

Hi, bread flour is higher protein than all purpose flour, the protein content of bread flour is about 12-13%, it works well with bread, and can be instead of all purpose flour. Happy Baking
