I tried this recipe and it was so good. The rolls were soft and addicting especially when warm. I used salted butter because that’s what I had and I reduced the amount of salt to just a pinch instead of 0.25 tsp. The overall baking time was about 25 minutes at 340 degrees Fahrenheit in my oven. This is ideal to serve warm and will be a hit with your dinner guests.👍🏽

Per my dietary requirements (pbwf), I had to do a few substitutions: -whole wheat flour instead of white/bread flour -flaxseed oil instead of melted butter -extra pinch of salt -coconut milk instead of cow -since i used whole wheat flour, for every cup of flour I added 2 teaspoons extra liquid. Therefore, I added 4 extra teaspoons of coconut milk. So total liquid, 7 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon of coconut milk. Thank you for this recipe!

Thank you so much for your recipe and video. I made these today and they are superb! A delicate flavor of banana and so light and fluffy. I love that there is no sugar is in this recipe. I will be making this often. BTW - Where did you purchase your cute baking pans?
Thank you very much!! I tried this today and honestly, even though I made a mistake by not kneading it well which resulted in a not-so-smooth dough, the bread still turned out sooooo good! The roughness of its top which resembled biscuits gave a bit of a toasty texture which I really loved! It did not rise that much because of my mistake but the inside was still very soft even though it's denser than the usual dinner rolls. I added a bit more salt since I don't want it to be too banana in taste and it's perfect! I'm going to try this again. Love, love, love! 😘😘😘
Thank you for this gorgeous looking recipe. I have just made a batch, and I'm seriously impatient for them to come out of the oven! I've made mine gluten free because I'm celiac, and they feel lovely and soft, they've risen well. I'm coming to you from Brisbane, Australia. :-)
These rolls look amazing! I've tried making yeast rolls in the past and, tho they were flavorful, they were always a bit "tough," not as tender as I 'd like, either due to over- or under-kneading. Since your recipe doesn't call for kneading, I'm going to give it a try and will post my results. Thanks again for sharing!
Tried this recipe last night. The dough was a bit dry so I added a little bit more milk. Turned out the bread was still a little bit dense but it still taste ok and both my kids love them! Am already happy with the results as it’s the first time I tried making bread. I will suggest adding a little bit sugar to enhance the taste too 😊
A terrific presentation! I'm from the US. I am inspired to try this bread, as I loved my mothers banana bread (the dark variety with walnuts, and very moist, and somewhat heavy) rather than light and fluffy like your version. Thanks for this video. Well done!
Going to give this a try. I live in Hawaii, and I have more bananas than I can use, so I give away a lot of them but sometimes they turn brown before I can give or use them, and I can't freeze all of it either, so this is a much tastier alternative. Thanks for posting, I appreciate it.😁👍

So simple, that I could never imagine.I am going to try this this weekend. May I add kishmish(black currants) or small pcs of walnuts to dough before baking?
I don't see why not. Just give plenty of time for the rise.
Thanks for sharing us your good recipe. It looks absolutely delicious. God bless you.

Thanks for sharing. Tried this and it's really delicious and feel you're already full for just one bread ☺️
Made cinnamon rolls using this dough, turned out amazingly delicious
Thank you so much for your recipe and video. I made these today and they are superb! A delicate flavor of banana and so light and fluffy. I love that there is no sugar is in this recipe. I will be making this often. BTW - Where did you purchase your cute baking pans?
You are so welcome! I bought these pans on amazon. Please search 'oval cake pan' You will find it. chose the nonstick one.
Hummmmmmmm
Que delícia.👏👏👏

No added sugar, BUT. a medium banana has 15 grams of natural sugar ....2 would spike my diabetes ....

I will try to follow your recipe. Love the ways you demonstrate step by step.
This looks so DELISH and simple to make. I'll have to give it a try! Thanks for sharing.
I love your recipes ❤️ but can you please include more without yeast?

Suas receitas são simplesmente maravilhosas!🇧🇷👏❤️😋
Thank you for this gorgeous looking recipe. I have just made a batch, and I'm seriously impatient for them to come out of the oven! I've made mine gluten free because I'm celiac, and they feel lovely and soft, they've risen well. I'm coming to you from Brisbane, Australia. :-)
What sort of flour do you use to make these rolls gluten free?
Thanks for your help

These rolls look amazing! I've tried making yeast rolls in the past and, tho they were flavorful, they were always a bit "tough," not as tender as I 'd like, either due to over- or under-kneading. Since your recipe doesn't call for kneading, I'm going to give it a try and will post my results. Thanks again for sharing!
I tried to make yeast roll and discovered how to make a baseball😂🤣😉
Don't let the salt in till the yeast is well mixed and activated, that may help 😉
The fist loaf of bread i ever made was a good door stopper.😊

Tried this recipe last night. The dough was a bit dry so I added a little bit more milk. Turned out the bread was still a little bit dense but it still taste ok and both my kids love them! Am already happy with the results as it’s the first time I tried making bread. I will suggest adding a little bit sugar to enhance the taste too 😊

A terrific presentation! I'm from the US. I am inspired to try this bread, as I loved my mothers banana bread (the dark variety with walnuts, and very moist, and somewhat heavy) rather than light and fluffy like your version. Thanks for this video. Well done!

Amei essa receita.
Going to give this a try. I live in Hawaii, and I have more bananas than I can use, so I give away a lot of them but sometimes they turn brown before I can give or use them, and I can't freeze all of it either, so this is a much tastier alternative. Thanks for posting, I appreciate it.😁👍
