Real quick tip if your not getting it which helped me get it 80% out of 100.
After you go to cover and double tap the up button to bring out the snap app for the first time in the process, please make sure you give it half a millisecond for your character to poke their head out from cover to then press X. If you don’t do this, then the climbing animation won’t register. To climb, you have to hold up on L3 AND hit the X button for this layout, not just “x”. If you wanted to mantle with just pressing the “X” button, the game won’t register it. (Since the snapshot app during that sequence shows your character in 3rd person, look at your character’s head and time your “X” button just a millisecond AFTER he finishes with his “L3” animation.
The whole “cover and snapshot” thing is literally just a pause button for the forced animation the game is trying to do (climb). If you can’t properly engage the climb itself, your not helping anybody and your wasting time. Make sure your character is about to engage the climb animation when it slightly pokes his head out from the cover above it. After that, follow the tutorial as exact as possible, including the timings and routes.

If you're getting sent to the shadow realm when trying to enter north, i did the math so you wouldn't have to, use the same starting position in example 1 but instead of the end position stop early and stand next to the divider on it's lefts side facing the cliff, hug it close and then get ready for a ride to El Dorado
Yes you're right, starting positions are not fixed, I'm showing it as example from where it works.
@@Abhi__69 exactly, it varies between users, so everyone may have a different starting point or end point to get into the storage, i recommend testing it but make sure that hard mode isn't on, don't want anyone losing the extra loot they'd get
Yeah I found that for South storage it's best to start where it says in #1 but instead of taking the stairs go to the walkway that's to the left of them and stop at the second to last pillar
For the north one mine was next to the barrels on the right and stood in front of them and it worked

Well. Took a minute but it worked! If it doesn’t work with the exact positioning in this video it’s worth mixing up start/end positions until it works.

Anyone having trouble holding onto the animation make sure just after coming out of cover you double tap d pad to get into snapmatic not manually

Xbox controller- press X to take cover while pressing Up Dpad twice, once it kicks you out, Up left joystick and press A. Just wanted to clear this up cause Playstation X button is not the same as xbox X button it might be confusing and or be the reason you can't do it

This was very difficult for me, with the latest update, Cayo Perico Heist Vault Glitch was fixed and I couldn't do it, but yesterday I found out that it's really easy, cayo perico heist, I can enter anywhere, I will definitely try casino heist once and it still works 2024, I am a ps5 player.
how did it become easy because for me i can walk away but after i pull out my ohone after 3 times it just doesnt work do you know how i can fix that

Side note: being near a climbable object at the end helps alot and using left then down on dpad makes hitting the camera button almost instantaneous so you'll definitely be carrying the animation

I got into the south storage on the 1st attempt, but I never got into the west storage in 50 attempts, what's with the glitch?
You should try starting with different points. In the video I've shown rough area where it might work.

Tried multiple times, the character is standing still in front of the window and nothing happens compared to you at 5:42, is it patched or what am I doing wrong?

Trying to do 1st example and its not working. I can get the glitch to start but it seems once i get far enough it just doesn't tp
Edit: it actually seems like it goes away when i go down stairs because the 2nd method worked fine

Edit: I can travel with it now but cant seem to teleprot in north storage i go to the exact same places you go but i teleport inside the water or next to north storage can someone help me please

They 100% patched basement everything else works it does the little glitchy thing but it just puts me in the wrong spot every time I start exactly where you start and end your info is false

@@Abhi__69 took me 30 mins of trying but now I’ve got it consistently, I’ve noticed it sometimes cancels the animation if you sprint so I’ve just been slowly walking and it’s been about 90% success now
For some reason as soon as i move away it just stops working is it dependent of what your covering on
When holding L3 up make sure u see your characters head pop up before pressing jump. Doesn’t have to be so fast…

anybody know how to get it while running i always get it while walking an it takes way long to do it just to find out i didnt do it right making the casino ledge grab impossible todo for many reasons
Change your controls to standard fps 2 as i explained to run while doing this glitch.

This shit is so discouraging. Still struggling with it. I can maybe go 2 feet and teleport any further and it won't work.
Like I follow everything and when I get to the final area before the teleportion can work my guy just stands there.
Try launching camera every other second to carry the animation longer. But still this is one of the harder glitch to do.
@Abhi__69 believe me I've tried launching the camera before the 2 seconds at 2 seconds and it won't work for me. And now with the west storage being patched for the usual glitch to get in I feel really discouraged. I'm giving g up trying to glitch cayo perico and going back to just doing it legit at this point.

does the distance or direction of the two covers your trying to use matter
Distance matters, if you're too far from starting you will not warp on starting point.
Edit: if the starting point is something that doesn't de-spawn, like personal vehicle, prep equipment, etc then there is no limit for distance.

I'm doing it on PS5 but it works on old gen as well.
I am pretty sure the basement one was patched or something cuz I get every other one to work but never the basement

@Abhi__69 I can get the teleport to work only at a short distance. Once I'm down at the stairs for the north storage, it doesn't work for me. And I make sure to press the camera before the 2 seconds are up.
