I loved #2 so I watched you play it and then I kept backing up and watching that short piece at least a dozen times over. Once I finally got the grasp I let the video play on, and then chuckled as you slowed it down and showed exactly how to play it. You completely negated the need to back it up and watch it over and over. Lol. Well, it's definitely under my fingers now. Thanks very much. I have to remember you're a teacher who knows what she's doing.

Beautiful lesson, thank you. I'm a classically-trained pianist and I also teach beginners, but I was never taught how to play with chords. Recently, I've been working very hard to learn chord-based piano and I'm teaching it to my students. But it's hard to find lessons on fills. Sometimes they're extremely complex, but for the most part they're very, very simple and non-inspiring. Just listening to these lovely fills, inspired me to create some more of my own! I've very tempted to take the riffs and fills course - if most of the lessons are like this, I would definitely sign up!!
