Cloud is one of those characters who sticks with you long after the game is over. At first, he gives off that classic “too cool to care” vibe, but as the story unfolds, you realize he’s way more complicated than that. He’s been through hell, he’s lost people he cared about, and he’s spent years unknowingly carrying around an identity that wasn’t really his. Watching him slowly piece himself back together and figure out who he really is ,that’s what makes his journey so powerful.
Sephiroth is the kind of villain who feels larger than life-cool, powerful, and completely unhinged in the best way. From the moment he steps on screen, you know he’s not just another bad guy; he’s the bad guy, and every time that one-winged theme plays, you feel it.
I've always found Cloud interesting because even though he tries to act like the typical tough hero, he's actually a guy full of doubts and insecurities. His story is a psychological rollercoaster and I love watching him find his true self.

Hi! thanks for doing this! For me what makes Zack so special is how much of an impact he has, even when he’s not front and center. Without him, Cloud wouldn’t be who he is, Aerith’s story wouldn’t hit the same, His fate is one of the most heartbreaking moments in the series, and he made a great impact Zack when you know him better in Crisis Core.

Cid from VII is my favourite character from all the FF games. He’s rough around the edges, sure-his mouth could use a filter-but that’s part of his charm. Beneath all the yelling and swearing is a guy with a ton of heart and big dreams. His love for the skies and his passion for space make him stand out, Also he uses a Spear and that means he is a "Dragoon" my favourite class in the series.

A long time ago, I had a dog named Red XIII. You can probably guess who my favorite character is. Besides the fact that Red, despite his fierce appearance, was incredibly adorable to me, I love how loyal Red is. You could feel completely safe by his side. He embodies the saying "kind to children, terrible to the wicked." As I said, it’s been a long time since I had a dog with that name, but every time I see this character, it’s a beautiful reminder of him. Just like my dog loved affection, I’ve always imagined that Red, if he trusted you enough, would also enjoy some good petting. That’s why every time I see Red even slightly injured, it breaks my heart because all I want is to see him happy when I play.

His past with Lucretia and Hojo is super tragic, and I love how he struggles with his guilt while trying to redeem himself. And, well, his transformations into monsters are brutal

When I was little I liked to play Final Fantasy with my sister, somehow Yuffie became our favorite character because of how funny she was to us and how super fans she and I were of ninjas. I have never been the biggest fan of the saga, but I have very fond memories.

FF7 part 2 is around 60h long worth of story, including fully voiced side quests. When he said "take your time" he means it, this game doesn't run away from you, and unlike nintendo or ubisoft, they don't casually remove your access to it when they feel like it.

yuffie is def my fave character because i feel like i have a pattern on picking favorites in ff games. vanille and rikku (and lulu tbh) were my faves in 13 and 10. they all have this energy that i love seeing in videogames!
Tifa Lockhart is the most generous soul. .She always supports her friend and also takes care of her own town and helps out. She has kind heart soul and very beautiful. She will do her best to help out. That is why she is my favorite characters.

At the time of release, the decision to kill off Aerith was a bold one, as she is usually the party's main healer

Cloud Strife is my favorite because he’s basically the poster child for "trying to figure life out" hence he's very relatable to all people worldwide. He spends half the game confused but hey, who wouldn’t be when you find out your whole life is a plot twist? He’s got that big, iconic sword and arguably the most recognized sword in all of media yet the emotional depth of a soap opera character. But he still saves the world with that sword and looks cool doing it. Plus, his hair defies all logic and gravity. Seriously??? How does that even stay up? That’s dedication. Hello, I’m James D. Taiclet, CEO of Lockheed Martin, and my favorite character, how could it be otherwise, is Garrett, because of his machine gun arm. Not even Colt could have dreamed of something like that.
I find Cid super interesting because he is a frustrated dreamer. His harsh attitude and sarcastic comments hide a genuine desire to achieve something big. Despite his personal problems, such as his relationship with Shera, he ends up showing a kinder and more human side that I love.
I think Aerith for me. She's the embodiment of a strong, gentle and kind young woman who will not give up on the people or the things she care for deeply.
Yuffie is just a fun mess. She's cheeky, always trying to steal materia, but at the same time has a vulnerable side when it comes to her home, Wutai. I like how she brings humor to the group, but also has an interesting backstory
Great tips and tricks, For me my favourite FF7 character would undoubtedly be Yuffie Kisaragi I think her bubbly/outgoing personality brings a nice amount of levity, fun and joy, and throughout her other depictions she’s been consistent in a lot of those (Compilation, KH and FF7R), also her performance by Suzie Yeung is exceptional and has really amazing combat prowess, since she got her dedicated DLC in Intergrade, where it even showed some emotional moments around there.
Yuffie as well as the entire cast in Remake, I think, have incredible characterization. Yuffie is also my favorite character for how unpredictable and fun she can be at times. And they somehow managed to not only nail these characters, but add more to them in a way that makes sense and even makes them better in some cases too.

My favorite FF7 character is Cloud! He's also among my favorite MC's of all time. I've got nothing else grandeur to say, I just related to this guy's awkwardness and insecurity seeping out of him unnoticed by some. I'm an adult now, faced some hurdles growing up but I kind of wish I met Cloud back in my childhood. Would've felt more comfortable with myself back then.

Cid from VII is my favourite character from all the FF games. He’s rough around the edges, sure-his mouth could use a filter-but that’s part of his charm. Beneath all the yelling and swearing is a guy with a ton of heart and big dreams. His love for the skies and his passion for space make him stand out, Also he uses a Spear and that means he is a "Dragoon" my favourite class in the series.

A long time ago, I had a dog named Red XIII. You can probably guess who my favorite character is. Besides the fact that Red, despite his fierce appearance, was incredibly adorable to me, I love how loyal Red is. You could feel completely safe by his side. He embodies the saying "kind to children, terrible to the wicked."
As I said, it’s been a long time since I had a dog with that name, but every time I see this character, it’s a beautiful reminder of him. Just like my dog loved affection, I’ve always imagined that Red, if he trusted you enough, would also enjoy some good petting. That’s why every time I see Red even slightly injured, it breaks my heart because all I want is to see him happy when I play.

Even though he's the villain, I can't help but find him fascinating. His fall from being the perfect hero to becoming a madman obsessed with destruction is tragic and terrifying. Plus, his presence in the game is so intimidating that it always leaves you on edge

Vincent has always been my favorite because he's so dark and mysterious that you can't help but want to know more about him. His past with Lucretia and Hojo is super tragic, and I love how he struggles with his guilt while trying to redeem himself. And, well, his transformations into monsters are brutal

What I like about Red XIII is that he's a character who defies expectations. Even though he looks like a beast, he's wise and thoughtful, almost like an old man in a young man's body. I like caith sith because he’s goofy and clumsy, sure, but that’s just the surface. Once you uncover his connection to Shinra and his true role in the story, it hits differently.
Barret is a character that I feel is not always appreciated enough. Yes, he can be impulsive, but his passion for protecting the planet and his love for his daughter Marlene are incredibly inspiring

yuffie is def my fave character because i feel like i have a pattern on picking favorites in ff games. vanille and rikku (and lulu tbh) were my faves in 13 and 10. they all have this energy that i love seeing in videogames!
Tifa Lockhart is the most generous soul. .She always supports her friend and also takes care of her own town and helps out. She has kind heart soul and very beautiful. She will do her best to help out. That is why she is my favorite characters.

Iconic :) he his so full of guilt and yet so determined to make things right ! and i almost not found him on my first time playing FF7 back in the day !!! really a great character :)
My favorite is Sephiroth really like the design as I first found out about final fantasy was from Kingdom Hearts and fighting against him in KH 1 and 2 with the awesome one winged angel music in the background makes the character so memorable.
Tifa Lockhart is the best girl ever. She has the best personality we could see in a game and she's not an average girl, she has martial abilities combining strength and speed. And i am not going to lie, she's as cute as anything

Cloud Strife is my favorite because he’s basically the poster child for "trying to figure life out" hence he's very relatable to all people worldwide. He spends half the game confused but hey, who wouldn’t be when you find out your whole life is a plot twist? He’s got that big, iconic sword and arguably the most recognized sword in all of media yet the emotional depth of a soap opera character. But he still saves the world with that sword and looks cool doing it. Plus, his hair defies all logic and gravity. Seriously??? How does that even stay up? That’s dedication. We should all 'strife' to be more like Cloud (see what I did there hehe).

I find Cid super interesting because he is a frustrated dreamer. His harsh attitude and sarcastic comments hide a genuine desire to achieve something big. Despite his personal problems, such as his relationship with Shera, he ends up showing a kinder and more human side that I love.
I think Aerith for me. She's the embodiment of a strong, gentle and kind young woman who will not give up on the people or the things she care for deeply.
Yuffie is just a fun mess. She's cheeky, always trying to steal materia, but at the same time has a vulnerable side when it comes to her home, Wutai. I like how she brings humor to the group, but also has an interesting backstory

For me my favourite FF7 character would undoubtedly be Yuffie Kisaragi I think her bubbly/outgoing personality brings a nice amount of levity, fun and joy, and throughout her other depictions she’s been consistent in a lot of those (Compilation, KH and FF7R), also her performance by Suzie Yeung is exceptional and has really amazing combat prowess, since she got her dedicated DLC in Intergrade, where it even showed some emotional moments around there.
Yuffie as well as the entire cast in Remake, I think, have incredible characterization. Yuffie is also my favorite character for how unpredictable and fun she can be at times. And they somehow managed to not only nail these characters, but add more to them in a way that makes sense and even makes them better in some cases too.

My favorite FF7 character is Cloud! He's also among my favorite MC's of all time. I've got nothing else grandeur to say, I just related to this guy's awkwardness and insecurity seeping out of him unnoticed by some.
I'm an adult now, faced some hurdles growing up but I kind of wish I met Cloud back in my childhood. Would've felt more comfortable with myself back then.
I think barret is the best character. He's got a great personality and crazy funny, but he's got a heart of gold and loyal to a fault. He even took in his friends kid when he thought he was dead, and wasn't willing to kill his friend in a standoff. Great man

It’s not something I always do, but I love cosplaying as Aerith. What’s more, I like that my partner goes as Sephiroth while I go as Aerith. Maybe it’s a bit cheesy because of how they end up in the original game, but it makes for a lot of memes. Not to mention that we met precisely at such a manga convention!

Cait sith is my favorite char - because even though he is from shinra (reeves) he gives sympathy to the team and knows that cloud and his team are doing their best to save the planet. Also a cutie stuff toy hahaha
