    I purchased my Aniioki AQ177 Pro Max bike about 6 months ago from Amazon. I had to pay a shipping fee and a 10% local sales tax, but if you buy it directly from the company, they do not charge for shipping or tax. My 48V model has a few differences from the bike featured in this video. My bike has a large gap between the handlebars and the fork tops. The left fork top has a pre-load adjustment knob and the right fork top as a locking feature. Also my bike has a full-length 1/2 turn throttle, just like a motorcycle. The grips do not have the wings. I did weigh my bike on an electronic scale and it weighed 130 pounds with the battery installed. It also has "nylon" tires with no apparent brand on them, unlike the tires on current models of the AQ177 bikes.

      They include the shipping in the price of the bike

    I wish the rear fender was a bit longer as with the current design, it can easily attract loads of mud and rainy water on the rear side of the bike.
    Also there is a design flaw, if you leave the battery key on to the bike and do full twist the handle towards right, you can easily damge the key

    Would be nice if you could see the screen in the sun that's an issue they need to fix it would be awesome if it had a USB port on the battery

    Nice, I tried to get the 52V, I really wanted to review it instead of the 48V, but they didn't have any 52V at the time. Do you know what the torque is on the 52V? I think the 48V is around 80Nm Torque.

      @Kevin6t8 9 месяцев назад

      It's 100Nm with the 1000W motor.

    With a battery of this size is there an issue with just using a third of it or half of it most of the time?. Or should you deplete it regularly? battery maintenance is important with a big heavy expensive battery like that. You were talking about putting it back on the charger after 20 mile ride. I would think this battery should be able to do three of those easy without charge. Also curious what the frame looks like after the battery has been removed if you're leaving this outside, or even inside, there's a big hole there to collect all sorts of things. I would hope that area is rain resistant at least.

      My understanding is that you do not need to run a lithium battery down to a zero charge as you need to do with other types of rechargeable batteries (such as NiCad) before recharging it to obtain its full capacity. Recharging a lithium battery every time you finish riding should be OK for the life of the battery if you ride the bike regularly. However, if you plan on storing your bike for months, such as over the winter, without riding it, lithium batteries should be stored between 20 and 80% charge to obtain the longest life from the battery pack. Or at least that is what the internet says.

      This is really an amazing ebike. It has all the right specs for one of the best smoothest rides, great top speed, and super long range. It’s heavy though, but if you never plan to lift it, that’s not an issue.
      Have fun when you get it!

    Hi any advice on buying the 52v from Amazon vs Aniioki site? I want to get the 1000w motor, dual crown fork and brighter display. Both Amazon and Aniioki site have a mix of inconsistent photos and specs.

    Please test it on hills with at least a 20% grade if possible for more than 3 miles, and if your in SOCAL, it might be harder to test if off city pavement and asphalt, but please try
    because some reviews show the suspension bottoms out really bad when driven on even light dirt roads, I know it's not a mountain bike, but even major city's have rough city bike lanes
    from lack of funds to maintain the roads adequately including the bike lanes, so some light off roading does simulate undermaintained city streets in a way,

      I haven't seen the other reviews, but it does look a little bit squishy when he's bouncing on it. Is there preload adjustments for that? I forget

    • @flolou8496
      @flolou8496 10 месяцев назад

      That's a good question, I wonder if Ebike reviewers know to make adjustments for city pavement VS dirt road/off roading, but if they don't know, it's probably in part because the manufacturers don't bother to educate the consumer in the manual as well, If there was a simple way to upgrade the controller to provide more power, it could be the best of both worlds, more power in exchange for slightly less range.

    • @richardharmon5682
      @richardharmon5682 9 месяцев назад

      The front forks have a preload adjustment located on the top of the left fork. The rear suspension does not have a preload adjustment.

      I have a 12% grade on my street leading to my home. My 48V bike really struggles up that hill. It will only do about 8mph on throttle only, or 12mph with me pedaling as hard as I can from a sitting position. I don't think it would pull up a 20% grade.

    • @flolou8496
      @flolou8496 9 месяцев назад

      The only avenue left (but good chance it would work) is to upgrade the controller to say 45 Ah to 60 Ah and sacrifice more power for burning through battery life) but the tricky part is finding someone to help install it, there is almost zero good tutorials of controller upgrades on RUclips, being done step by step)

    Why aren't small gas scooters allowed on these bike trails? These ebikes are traveling approximately the same speed. Almost the same weight as this big cow. These ebikes are certainly noisy, a well muffled scooter makes very little noise.
    It's really not fair to the scooter owner, these trails have little traffic and they deserve to have the safe trails too.
