The app has issues. A lot of bugs. They try fixing it with regular updates. I'd advice you to switch to adiggerrnt internet connectivity to see if that works

The meter number on the meter is not the actual one. Go and buy from a prepaid vendor, and then you can input the meter number written on the receipt.
