This is a simple video that shows you how to buy power at home by generating a token and then loading it on your prepaid meter. You will be using your ATM card to pay for electricity online.
There are many ways to pay for Electricity online and this is an easy way. I will be showing other ways in different videos.

Thank you for this simple understanding video. I did just this yesterday. But the problem I have is, I keep inputting the right token being sent to me, but it is writing error. Could this be because our metre is still new ? Because we just got it installed. Maybe it is still yet to be activated.
When it was installed, did you try loading new units? It might be you bought the units with a different meter number

No, you can't. Electricity must be on the pole wire. If there is no light at all in the area, then you have to wait for light.

Hello, is there a way I can transfer part of my units to another prepaid meter user? I mistakenly recharged so much.
I just tried it, I got debited, token was not generated, no transaction history, but I was sent an email with only a reference and amount I spent. The reference is alphanumerical and it's 22 in total. I need answers sir.

Are you sure the meter number you used in the token is actually correct for your meter?
Confirm it first.
If correct, try generating a kct for it before re-entering the units.

You can call their number. They don't hesitate. Even before you finish the call they will send the token to your phone number

If it shows reject, either you entered the token code wrongly or your electricity distribution company he changed their tariffs and so you need to enter a new KCT number they usually sent to your phone number into the meter before entering the code. This kct allows changing to new tariff plan
