I already knew Disney ripped off Kimba the White Lion to make The Lion King... And they stole a lot from The Thief and the Cobbler to make Aladdin... How many successful "original" Disney concepts were just rip offs of existing material that gave no credit to these sources?
I loved the old school animation of this anime it's handrawn but it's ending is so tragic.the main protagonist died and turned into bubbles.very different from the 1989 version of wealth Disney the little mermaid.
