A retrospective on why The Callisto Protocol never stood a chance against Dead Space

For one of the most hyped games of 2022, it died out in a flash and failed to fulfil the expectations it set for itself as well as for those created by the players... This is a retrospective/ critique of both the original Dead Space and The Callisto Protocol where I'll be comparing the gameplay, graphics, combat philosophy, story and more of both games in order to show that, by encouraging the comparison , The Callisto Protocol devs essentially doomed themselves right from the start! They didn't understand what made Dead Space so original and, by closely emulating its predecessor, they made it impossible for everyone to not realize it...
