2:22 Honestly I don't like this. this card isn't OP, because without the normal church card, all you'd have the discount on are the villager techs and even assuming you'd wait on taking all villager techs before sending it *in fortress age* you'd save like 800 resources, that's less than just putting in a resource shipment card. Ergo- It should be that having *both* of those two cards is banned, but you can take one *OR* the other.
