Hi Professor! Thank you for this video. Could you do an addendum video and walk us through the arithmetic of exposure compensation? Especially accounting for 1/3 increment stops of light compensation from reducing ISO and increasing flash, and vice versa?

Good explanation! Just wondering, were you using an nd filter? Possibly because of the abundance of light in the room?
You still need to set your camera to hss. So it is both a flash setting and camera setting.
HSS allows the user to exceed the cameras Sync speed. His shutter speed never exceeded the cameras sync speed so no need for HSS.
