This is well explained but I'm so curious, how do players get to learn all of these tactics ? Is it simply trial and error or is there an official online/in-game resource that you can learn from ? I'm fairly new to the game and from what I've seen, no encounter has been explained to me ever. The crystal tower was a very overwhelming experience at first.
yes! it is trial and error. when a new fight like this comes out it can take upwards of 500+ pulls (wipes) to clear. after multiple parties have cleared, guides will be drawn up/made and then the more casual players can follow them to make the fight a lot less overwhelming. (you can see this now with the recent release of TOP; the omega protocol)
one question, what does this turmoil low debuff doing? and why should ot take two of them & no 1 or 3? And why should 5 Player gets 1 turmoil debuff & other 3 player 2 of them?
Because cleansing 3 stacks of turmoil low will wipe the raid, so ot can't get more than 2 stacks. You need 4 players with one stack of turmoil low to clear Ultima phase later. The rest you spend in Garuda phase as described in the guide.
