Yo, I just watched YYHA... that's some good stuff man. I have gotta ask though, for my own heart, are you a Togashi-stan too? It seems moot, but it's super important to me.
Trunk’s scream after Bulma tells him that she’ll be his mommy is, hands down, one of the funnest moments entire series. It’s a beautiful encapsulation of the series’ sharp writing in season three, and KaiserNeko’s voice-acting as Trunks is just immaculate. So many more great moments to come in season three, I am looking forward to your reaction to them.

TBH, while it's kind of dumb, I get it - i before e and all that; to a native english speaker, 'frieza' *should* read as a homophone to "freeza" while obscuring the kind of obvious "freezer" joke that is its basis. Compare that to transliterations/translations like "Altria" and "Seras Victoria" and I don't know that anything in funimation's history is actually all that bad.
"Frieza" is the spelling from the dub that was originally aired, I think. And "Freeza" is the correct spelling used in the official manga translation and closer to original japanese. But the first one kinda stuck with a lot of people since they grew up with it.

Big inside joke here. If you haven't noticed, Team Four Star spells it "Freeza" in their series. However "Frieza" is how it's spelled in the official release. I'm not entirely sure the reason for the different spelling, but "Freeza" has always been the spelling of Team Four Star's DBZ Abridged series. I welcome anyone that can drop some knowledge on that subject.
It's also the spelling they use in the english manga (Freeza, I mean). Frieza has stuck around because it was put infront of the western audience first, so it's what most people grew up with (and because of that it's what most of the video games use, too, I think?)
Prime Toriyama was something else. To open up the android arc with Future Trunks killing Frieza easily, and in such a bad ass way as well with his sword. One thing that I've always wondered is how Goku killed Frieza and King Cold in Trunk's timeline. He definitely had the strength to do so, but given Goku's dense and naive nature, I'm surprised that King Cold didn't manipulate Goku into escaping for himself.
I dont know, isnt it always that way? Radiz was stronger then Piccolo, Freezas Henchman had a higher Powerlevel then Vegeta, and he killed someone who had his old Powerlevel, and Buu killed Dabra who was as strong as Cell. Theres also the Fact what Trunks is a Super Saiyan, but only one Generation after Goku, so it directly contradict what we know about that Ability.
@@Sunaki1000 It's said that in Future Trunks timeline, Goku killed Frieza and his father using the teleportation technique he learned to arrive on Earth immediately when he sensed that Frieza was going to start killing people. In the timeline that Trunks changed, he didn't do that because he sensed Trunks energy fighting Frieza and his father and killing them both.
About the Frieza/Freeza thing, with Trunks's comment about "gonna have to fix that when I get back", IIRC, KaiserNeko(Trunk's VA) used to correct people all the time on that, even fixing wikis.

Yamcha. Most relatable and has the best character arc. He started out a dessert bandit, but went clean and became a baseball sports star. I hate how Team Four Star disrespects him over-and-over again.
