I'm kind of at a point I need to do something, my work space is 16'WX 27'L X 10'H I have one exhaust fan it's 26" multiple speed with three intake filters that are 16" X 24" it clears out ok but could be better. My intake filter are in the big door and exhaust fan is in a side wall ?
Try to get even linear airflow OVER your workspace or project.... Air doesnt like to turn corners, and you can create turbulence and dirty spots with uneven airflow. You could even create a duct to draw air in an even manner.
I’m a little confused so what size CFM fan would you need?

I had no idea you had a RUclips channel!
Now ya know!!! Lots more good stuff coming. :)
So what did we learn here?
My spray booth is 10x10x8.2 = 820
10x8.2x100=8200 ... 8200÷820=10
What do I do with that?
he’s using his flow tool to get the x100. you’d have to measure your own setup to know what to x it by
Where are your measuring points?
If I understand you right, my annemometer had to be right at the exhaust filters to get a read on velocity
Mine read at 0.1 and 0.2
I had a hard time finding the right place to measure..... I had to get it really close to the exhaust filters to read at all.
